ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովայի մեկնաբանությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ադրբեջանական դիվերսիոն գործողությանվերաբերյալ.

«Լուրջ մտահոգություն ենք հայտնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության աճի կապակցությամբ։ Վերջին մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում հրադադարի ռեժիմի կրկնակի խախտումներ են գրանցվել։ Մարտի 5-ին տեղի է ունեցել զինված միջադեպ, որի հետևանքով զոհեր են եղել և՛ հայկական, և՛ ադրբեջանական կողմից։

Կոչ ենք անում կողմերին զսպվածություն ցուցաբերել և քայլեր ձեռնարկել իրավիճակը լիցքաթափելու համար։  Վերահաստատում ենք Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության դրույթների խստիվ պահպանման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ հրադադարի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում բոլոր ռազմական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ։

Ռուսական խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտի (ՌԽԿ) պատասխանատվության գոտում անվտանգության և կյանքի ապահովման հետ կապված ցանկացած հարց պետք է լուծվի խաղաղ ճանապարհով՝ ՌԽԿ-ի հովանու ներքո կողմերի միջև շփման միջոցով։

Միջադեպը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է Բաքվի և Երևանի՝ բանակցություններին շուտափույթ վերադառնալու հրամայականը՝ Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի և նոյեմբերի 26-ի և 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունների դրույթների կատարման շրջանակներում, այդ թվում՝ տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման, հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման եւ խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախապատրաստման հետ կապված»։
