ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը և Իրանի դեսպանն անդրադարձել են թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարում գործադրվող համատեղ ջանքերին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը մարտի 10-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան պարոն Աբբաս Բադախշան Զոհուրիին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի և Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպանատան միջև ձևավորված գործընկերային կապերի բարձր մակարդակը, որը լիովին համահունչ է երկու բարեկամ երկրների միջև ջերմ, բարեկամական և բազմավեկտոր հարաբերությունների ոգուն և ընդհանուր նպատակներին։ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել առավել ընդլայնել համագործակցությունը՝ օգտագործելով նաև Կապանում նոր բացված Իրանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսության հետ օպերատիվ հաղորդակցության ներուժը և այդ կապակցությամբ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները։

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ ԻԻՀ դեսպանն իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահին՝ սերտ համագործակցության խթանման հարցում անձնական ներդրման, ցուցաբերած հետևողականության համար, ինչը նպաստում է քրեաիրավական ոլորտում առաջացող հրատապ խնդիրների շուրջ տեղեկատվության արագ փոխանակմանը և միմյանց օրենսդրության նկատմամբ լիարժեք հարգանքի հիմքի վրա դրանց լուծմանը։

«Ջերմ և անմիջական մթնոլորտում անցած հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են անդրազգային բնույթի հանցագործությունների, մասնավորապես՝ թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարում գործադրվող համատեղ ջանքերին, այս ոլորտում երկկողմ գործակցության ավելի ճկուն կառուցակարգերի կիրառման հնարավորություններին։

Քննարկվել են նաև երկու երկրների՝ քրեական վարույթներով անցնող քաղաքացիների վերաբերյալ համապատասխան տեղեկատվության փոխանակման, քննչական հարցումների կատարման օպերատիվության բարձրացման հնարավորությունները»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Զրուցակիցները երկկողմ տնտեսական, մշակութային, հումանիտար կապերի անխոչընդոտ զարգացման տեսանկյունից կարևորել են քրեական վարույթների շրջանակում քաղաքացիների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը։

Նշվում է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը իրանական կողմին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել առաջիկայում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն այցելելու ստացած առաջարկի կապակցությամբ՝ սիրով ընդունելով այն։
