Վրաստանի ընդդիմադիր «Գիրչի» կուսակցությունը խորհրդարանի շենքի մոտ բողոքի ցույց է անցկացնում՝ ընդդեմ «Պաշտպանության օրենսգրքում» փոփոխությունների։

Տեղական ԶԼՄ-ների հաղորդմամբ, հանրահավաքի կազմակերպիչները պահանջում են, որ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունը կամավոր լինի։

«Պահանջում ենք, որ բանակը լինի կամավոր, ոչ ոքի չզորակոչեն իր կամքին հակառակ, եթե իշխանությունը պնդում է, որ իրենք հայրենասեր են և մտածում են բնակչության, պաշտպանունակության և բանակի մասին, թող համապատասխան պայմաններ ստեղծեն բանակում, վճարեն արժանապատիվ աշխատավարձ զինվորականներին, իսկ հետո ժողովուրդն ինքնակամ կգնա բանակ»,- ասել է ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Ալեքսանդր Ռակվիաշվիլին։

Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության պատրաստած «Պաշտպանության օրենսգիրքը» փետրվարի 6-ին ներկայացվել է խորհրդարանի հանձնաժողովին։ Օրենսդրական փաթեթը նախատեսում է մի շարք նորամուծություններ, այդ թվում՝ այն, որ հոգեւորականն այլեւս չի կարողանա օգտվել պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետման իրավունքից։ Հոգեւորականը կզորակոչվի ոչ զինվորական, այլընտրանքային աշխատանքային ծառայության։ Բացի այդ, ըստ ՊՆ երեկ տարածած հաղորդագրության, պաշտպանության նոր օրենսգրքով ուսանողի կարգավիճակը տարկետման հիմք է մնում։ Գերատեսչության տեղեկատվությամբ՝ ուսանողները կծառայեն միայն ցանկության դեպքում եւ միայն պաշտպանության նախարարության համակարգում, նշում են վրացական լրատվամիջոցները։
