Անհանգիստ աշխարհում ընթանում են անվտանգային բարդ գործընթացներ, եւ մեր տարածաշրջանը նույնպես գտնվում է այդպիսի  իրավիճակում: Դուք նույնպես այդ գործընթացների մեջ եք կառավարում Իրաքի Հանրապետությունը: Այդ առումով մենք ունենք միասնական անցնելիք ճանապարհ, աշխարհն ավելի հանգիստ տեսնելու նպատակներ:

Խաղաղության հասնելու համար մենք միասնաբար պետք է անցնենք այս բարդ ճանապարհը: Այս մասին մարտի 14-ին ասել է ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն Իրաք-Հայաստան բարեկամական խմբի անդամների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում: Նա բարձր է գնահատել բարեկամական խմբերի գործունեությունը եւ միջխորհրդարանական գործակցությունը, որոնք լրացնում են երկու երկրների կառավարությունների ջանքերը: Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն ասել է, որ Հայաստանը շահագրգիռ է Իրաքի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման եւ խորացման գործում՝ ընդգծելով, որ երկկողմ հարաբերություններում դեռեւս առկա է չիրացված մեծ ներուժ:

«Որպես Իրաքի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի հայ-իրաքյան բարեկամական խմբի անդամներ՝ ձեզ ենք մեկնում մեր բարեկամական ձեռքը՝ ակնկալելով համագործակցություն բոլոր բնագավառներում»,- ասել է Իրաք-Հայաստան բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար Մոհամմեդ Սադիկ Մոհամմեդը: Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ բարեկամական խմբերի միջեւ ջերմ հարաբերություններն ավելի կամրապնդվեն ակտիվ շփումների եւ համագործակցության արդյունքում:

Կողմերն ընդգծել են երկու երկրների միջեւ առեւտրատնտեսական, զբոսաշրջության, մշակութային ոլորտներում կապերի խորացման անհրաժեշտությունը:

«Խաղաղության պայմաններում մենք կարող ենք մտածել ժողովուրդների բարեկեցության ու առաջընթացի մասին»,- ասել է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը՝ խոսելով երկու հին ժողովուրդների պատմության եւ նմանությունների մասին: Նա անդրադարձել է Իրաքի հայ համայնքին՝ նշելով, որ համայնքը սերտ կապ ունի Հայաստանի հետ:

«Համաձայն մեր Սահմանադրության՝ մենք մերժում ենք որեւէ երկրի նկատմամբ ագրեսիայի կիրառումը եւ այլ երկրի ներքին գործերին միջամտությունը: Իրաքը քաղաքակրթությունների, դավանաբանական տարբեր խմբերի եւ կրոնների երկիր է: Եվ այժմյան Իրաքը, որն ունի 49 մլն բնակչություն, բացառել է որեւէ տեսակի դավանաբանական խտրականությունները ժողովուրդների միջեւ»,- ասել է Իրաք-Հայաստան բարեկամական խմբի անդամ Տալիբ Խալիլը:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել ազգային փոքրամասնություններին եւ նրանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Արմեն Խաչատրյանը, հանձնաժողովի անդամ Գուրգեն Մելքոնյանը եւ Հայաստան-Իրաք բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար Ռուստամ Բաքոյանը:
