Աշխատանքային այցով Մոսկվայում գտնվող ՀՀ Աժ պատգամավորներ, ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի քաղաքական ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Ռուստամյանը և ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը հանդիպել են «Արդար Ռուսաստանը՝ հանուն ճշարտության» կուսակցության նախագահ, Պետդումայում կուսակցության խմբակցության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Միրոնովի հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմնի Հանրային կապերի գրասենյակից։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներին, Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակմանը, Ուկրաինայում ընթացող ռազմական գործողություններին, ընդգծվել է Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան ռազմավարական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների պահպանման և զարգացման անհրաժեշտությունը։

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Սերգեյ Միրոնովը նախ հիշատակել է 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 29-ին կայացած հանդիպումը՝ բարձր գնահատելով «Արդար Ռուսաստանը՝ հանուն ճշարտության» և «ՀՅ Դաշնակցություն» կուսակցությունների համագործակցությունը` 2007 թ. ստորագրված համագործակցության պայմանագրի շրջանակներում: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հանդիպման համար՝ Արմեն Ռուստամյանն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում և Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակին՝ նշելով, որ Լաչինի միջանցքի փակումից երեք ամիս անց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար աղետ է, և այժմ շատ կարևոր է Ռուսաստանի և ռուս խաղաղապահների դիրքորոշումը։

Արմեն Ռուստամյանը հավելել է, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովուրդը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից ակնալում է ավելի ակտիվ գործողություններ։ Հանդիպման ավարտին Սերգեյ Միրոնովը հույս է հայտնել, որ ի վերջո կհաղթի ողջախոհությունը, ձեռք կբերվեն որոշակի պայմանավորվածություններ, կլուծվեն հայ բնակչության անվտանգության խնդիրները, որի երաշխավորը շարունակում է մնալ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը։
