«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Նախկինում անդրադարձ կատարել ենք կրիպտոարժույթների ու բլոքչեյն համակարգերին. դրանք լայն թափով զարգանում ու աճում են աշխարհում։ Կան երկրներ, որտեղ պետությունն օրենսդրական մակարդակով կարգավորել է ոլորտը, տեղ-տեղ նույնիսկ պետությունն է թողարկում սեփական կրիպտոարժույթը։

Հայաստանում ոլորտը ներկայացնող ամենախոշոր ընկերություններից մեկը հանդիսացող TETChange-ից մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ կրիպտոշուկայում նկատվող ակտիվության ֆոնը մեր երկրում տնտեսական զարգացման լավ հնարավորություն է ստեղծում, ամենաքիչը այն լրացուցիչ ազդակ կարող է հաղորդել տնտեսության զարգացմանը: Ընկերության հիմնադիր Հրաչյա Դանիելյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում օրինակ բերեց հարեւան Վրաստանը, որտեղ մշակվում է նախագիծ, ինչը կկարգավորի կրիպտոարժույթների ինտեգրացիան՝ որպես ֆինանսական համակարգի մաս: Նա ավելացրեց նաեւ, որ չնայած մեզանում ոլորտը կարգավորված չէ, բայց առանձին ընկերություներ ստանձնել են համակարգը կարգավորող պիոներների դերը ու ցանկացած պահի պատրաստ են օգնել պետության համապատասխան մարմիններին՝ զարգացնելու ոլորտը: TETChange ընկերությունից մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա կրիպտոարժույթների եւ բլոկչեյն տեխնոլոգիաների իրական ազդեցության մասին չկան մասնագիտական հաշվարկներ, չկա նաեւ դրանց զարգացման դեպքում տնտեսության իրական սեկտորի աճի մասին ռեալ պատկերացումներ: Դանիելյանը հավելեց նաեւ, որ պատրաստ են ցուցաբերել համապատասխան մասնագիտական աջակցություն ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի մասնագետներին, եթե նման առաջարկ ստանան:

Հատկանշական է, որ համաշխարհային լուրջ ընկերությունների ուսումնասիրությունների համաձայն՝ մինչեւ 2023թ. վերջը կրիպտոարժույթ օգտագործողների թիվը կհասնի մի քանի հարյուր միլիոն մարդու, ավելին՝ շատ տնտեսագետներ կարծում են, որ կշահեն այն պետությունները, որոնք հնարավորինս արագ կընդունեն կրիպտոփոխանցումները՝ որպես պաշտոնական վճարամիջոց:

Ի դեպ, անցած տարի վերջապես ԲՈԿ-ը գրանցել է ոլորտի վերաբերյալ առաջին թեկնածուական թեզը, որի հեղինակը «Տետչենջ» ընկերության հիմնադիրն է, իսկ թեզի թեման՝ «էլեկտրոնային վճարահաշվարկային համակարգերի եւ կրիպտոարժույթների ֆինանսական կառավարման հիմնախնդիրները»:
