Աշտարակի՝ մեծ շուքով, երգով ու փիառով ընտրված քաղաքապետ Թովմաս Շահվերդյանը կորել է: Իհարկե, ոչ ֆիզիկապես, այլ ընդամենը հանրային և հրապարակային քաղաքական դաշտից: Բանն այն է, որ ոչ վերջինիս ՖԲ էջում, ոչ էլ քաղաքապետարանի էջում քաղաքապետի մեգաակտիվության շունչն անգամ չի զգացվում: Քաղաքապետարանի ՖԲ էջից էլ պարզ է դառնում, որ այնպես չէ, որ կառույցը պարապուրդի է մատնված, բնավ, պարզապես առավել մեծ ակտիվություն ցուցաբերում  է ոչ թե քաղաքապետը՝ ինչպես սպասվում էր, այլ, օրինակ, ավագանու անդամները, փոխքաղաքապետը:

Ուշագրավ է նաև համայնքապետարանի գնումների պլանը: Դիցուք՝ 6000000 դրամ է նախատեսվել թուղթ գնելու համար, 60000 դրամի եվրո՝ ծրար, 300000 դրամի՝ գրիչ, 400000 դրամի՝ թղթապանակ, 800000 դրամի՝ ծաղկային կոմպոզիցիա և 1 50000 հազարի՝ ծաղիկ գնելու համար: Բացի այդ, ձեռք է բերվելու 200000 դրամի դռան փական, 1 00000 դրամի ծորակ, 260000 դրամի համակարգչի կոշտ սկավառակ, 960000 դրամի օդորակիչ:

Համայնքապետարանը նաև 650 հազար դրամի ծառայություն է ձեռք բերել մեկ անձից գնման ընթացակարգով ԱԺ աշխատակազմի արդեն նախկին ղեկավար Վահան Նարիբեկյանին պատկանող «Արգավանդ կահույք» ՍՊԸ-ից:

Ուշադրության են արժանի նաև համայնքապետարանի կողմից ՝ իր կարիքների համար վերելակների ձեռքբերման նպատակով կնքված պայմանագիրը:

Այս ընկերությունը 2020-ին հայտնվել էր պատկան մարմինների ուշադրության կենտրոնում այն պատճառով, որ ուներ չկատարված հարկային պարտավորություններ։
