ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ (2008-2014 թ.), Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի կառավարման փոխնախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը, ելույթ ունենալով Նյու Դելիում ընթացող ռուս-հնդկական «Համագործակցություն՝ հանուն զարգացման և աճի» գործարար գագաթնաժողովում, նշել է, որ տարածաշրջանում մատակարարման նոր շղթաների ստեղծումը, Հնդկաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների միջև առևտրի աճը բավականին լուրջ հեռանկարներ են ստեղծում ոչ միայն կողմերի առևտրային հարաբերությունները նոր մակարդակ տեղափոխելու, այլև տեխնոլոգիական և թվային զարգացումը տնտեսական համագործակցության կառուցվածքում ներդնելու համար։ Այս մասին հայտնում է բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունը։ 

«Հենց հիմա, երբ երկրները սկսել են ակտիվորեն խթանել և զարգացնել «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքը, անհրաժեշտ է ծրագրի հիմքում դնել թվային փոխգործակցության, անխափանության և էլեկտրոնային փաստաթղթերի կառավարման սկզբունքներն ու չափանիշները:

Պետք չէ սպասել ծանր ենթակառուցվածքների կառուցմանը, զուգահեռաբար պետք է զարգացնել թվային բաղադրիչը»,- ասել է Տիգրան Սարգսյանը։ Բացի այդ, նա մատնանշեց, որ «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի թվայնացումը և անխափան լինելը հիմք կդնեն Մեծ Եվրասիայում տեխնոլոգիական ստանդարտների համար՝ դրանով իսկ խաղալով զգալի ինտեգրացիոն դեր:

Նյու Դելիում ընթացող գագաթնաժողովը նպատակ է հետապնդում քննարկել համագործակցության հարցեր բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում՝ ՏՏ, արդյունաբերություն», «խելացի» քաղաքներ, տրանսպորտ, լոգիստիկա և առողջապահություն։ Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում են պետական  կառույցների, առևտրային և արդյունաբերական կազմակերպությունների, Ռուսաստանի և Հնդկաստանի գործարար շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչներ։
