Մարդու իրավունքների դատախազը և ամբողջական պատկերը

ՄԻՊ-ը վերափոխվում է ՄԻԴ-ի՝ մարդու իրավունքների դատախազ, որը կծառայի բացառապես ՄԵԿ մարդու։
Պետական ինստիտուտների բովանդակային ասպատակությունը 2021-ի ընտրությունների հետևանքն է։ Բոլոր ինստիտուտներին վերապահվել է մեկ գործառույթ՝ ՄԵԿ հոգու թիկնապահություն։
Կա օրենսդրական թիկնապահություն, դատաիրավական թիկնապահություն, լրատվական և այլն։ 

Ոչ մի արտառոց բան տեղի չի ունենում։ Պետք է ուղղակի հասկանալ, որ սա տրամաբանական ընթացք է՝ մեր արած քայլերի, մեր չարած քայլերի, մեր լռության, կոնֆորմիզմի և այլն։

Իսկ ո՞վ է ասել, որ Հայաստանն այսօր կարող էր կամ պետք է ունենար ավելի լավ օբուդսմեն, քան՝ ՔՊ-ի առաջարկած դատախազի տեղակալը։ Որտե՞ղ է ավելի լավ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան ունենալու պահանջը։ Հանրությու՞նն է նման պահանջ ձևակերպել, քաղաքական ուժե՞րը, ընդդիմությո՞ւնը, գիտակրթական շրջանակնե՞րը։ Ոչ ոք։ Իսկ Նիկոլը գործում է հստակ տրամաբանության շրջանակներում։

Ի վերջո՝ ՄԻՊ հապավման մեջ առաջին և ամենակարևոր բառը մարդն է։ Երբ տեղի է ունենում մարդու (քաղաքացու) բովանդակային և գոյաբանական արժեզրկում, ապա այդ մարդու պաշտպանը չի կարող լինել ավելին, քան՝ ՔՊ կողմից առաջադրվող թեկնածուն։

Ի դեպ, ասածս որևէ կերպ չի կարելի անձնավորել։ Նույն թեկնածուն այլ միջավայրում, այլ մթնոլորտում, այլ պայմաններում կարող է լինել միանգամայն էֆեկտիվ գործիչ։ Խնդիրը երկրի մթնոլորտն է, պետության տրամաբանությունը, երբ ցանկացած «ընտրություն» արվում է՝ միայն մեկ մարդու շահերին ծառայելու համար։
2021թ. ընտրությունների արդյունքները պետք է փոխվեն։ Միայն այդպես է հնարավոր կասեցնել պետական ինստիտուտների ու պետության դեգրադացիան։

Մնացած պսևդոգործունեություն է՝ աղետի սպասելու ժամավաճառություն։
