Հաղորդումներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2023թ․ մարտի 31-ին ժամը 21:50-ից 22։00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածի սահմաններում ՀՀ հարավարևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված մարտական դիրքի տարածքում հրազենային վիրավորումներ են ստացել մեկ պայմանագրային և մեկ ժամկետային զինծառայող, որոնց հետևանքով ժամկետային զինծառայողը՝ Հրաչյա Սարուխանյանը, ստացած՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի հրազենային վնասվածքներից մահացել է։ Այդ մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեն։ 

Ստացված հաղորդումների առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ իններորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում սպանության և սպանության փորձի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է երկու առանձին քրեական վարույթ, որոնք միացվել են մեկ վարույթում։

Սկսված նախաքննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նշված ժամանակահատվածում կրակոցներ են արձակվել ինչպես հակառակորդի կողմից, այնպես էլ միաժամանակ փոխհրաձգություն է տեղի ունեցել նաև ՀՀ ԶՈՒ զինծառայողների միջև։

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական և դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ և անհետաձգելի քննչական և վարութային այլ գործողություններ՝ ինչպես հակառակորդի կրակորցներից, այնպես էլ ԶՈՒ զինծառայողների միջև փոխհրաձգության հետևանքով զինծառայողների մահվան և վնասվածք ստանալու հնարավորությունը և հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղություններով։
