Երևանում ապրիլի 6-ից 7-ը կայացել է Մաքսային միության անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների միավորված կոլեգիայի 41-րդ նիստը, որին մասնակցել են Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի մաքսային ծառայությունների պատվիրակությունները՝ ծառայությունների ղեկավարների գլխավորությամբ, ինչպես նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի պատվիրակությունը:

Ողջունելով մասնակիցներին, ՊԵԿ նախագահ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ 41–րդ նիստը ևս մեկ քայլ է՝ ուղղված ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների միջև համագործակցության խորացմանը և արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:

«Միայն մեր մաքսային ծառայությունների համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ կկարողանանք հասնել ազգային տնտեսությունների մրցունակության բարձրացմանը և կայուն զարգացման պայմանների ստեղծմանը՝ ի նպաստ անդամ պետությունների բնակչության կենսամակարդակի բարելավմանը:

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների մաքսային ծառայությունների միջև ձևավորված փոխըմբռնման և համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակը հնարավորություն է տալիս արագ արձագանքել և փոխընդունելի ու արդյունավետ լուծումներ գտնել ծագած խնդիրների դեպքում»,-ընդգծել է Ռուստամ Բադասյանը։

ՊԵԿ նախագահը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ քննարկումը հնարավորություն կտա համատեղ լուծումներ գտնել՝ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների փոխգործակցությունը դյուրացնելու,  ինչպես նաև մաքսային ընթացակարգերը պարզեցնելու ուղղությամբ: 

Միավորված կոլեգիայի որոշմամբ Միավորված կոլեգիայի նախագահ է ընտրվել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Ռուսլան Դավիդովը՝ 1 տարի ժամկետով։

Նիստի ընթացքում ստորագրվել է 22 որոշում, որոնք վերաբերում են մաքսային գործի տարբեր բնագավառներին: Մասնավորապես, ԵԱՏՄ արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության ապրանքային անվանացանկին համապատասխան որոշակի ապրանքների դասակարգմանը և հայտարարագրման առանձնահատկություններին, անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքների և դրանց բացթողնման հետ կապված առանձին հարցերին, մաքսային վճարների չվճարման ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը, ինչպես նաև ապրանքների դասակարգման ռիսկերի պրոֆիլների մշակմանն ուղղված մի շարք հարցեր։ Հաստատվել են նաև Միավորված կոլեգիայի և դրան կից գործող աշխատանքային խմբերի 2023 թվականի աշխատանքային ծրագրերը և միջոցառումների ցանկերը։

Որոշում է կայացվել Մաքսային միության անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների միավորված կոլեգիայի հաջորդ՝ 42-րդ նիստն անցկացնել Բելառուսի Հանրապետությունում:
