ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Եղիազար Ավագյանը և ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ, Զինվորական դատախազ Գրիգոր Էլիզբարյանը ապրիլի 20-ին ընդունել են Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Մարդու իրավունքների և իրավունքի գերակայության գլխավոր տնօրինության, Թրանսվերսալ մարտահրավերների և բազմակողմ ծրագրերի իրականացման վարչության ղեկավար Տիգրան Կարապետյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Պատվիրակության կազմում են եղել Մարդու իրավունքների Թրանսվերալ մարտահրավերների բաժնի ղեկավար Ջեննիֆեր Շուտց-Ռեյմանը, Մարդու իրավունքների Թրանսվերսալ մարտահրավերների բաժնի ծրագրերի համակարգող Աննա Մարիա Ռոխանը և Երևանում ԵԽ գրասենյակի Ազգային ծրագրերի համակարգող, «Մարդու իրավունքների խթանումը Հայաստանի զինված ուժերում» ծրագրի ղեկավար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Եղիազար Ավագյանը բարձր է գնահատել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի հետ համագործակցությունը հատկապես կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի, դատաիրավական ոլորտի բարեփոխումների և քրեական արդարադատության ոլորտներում:

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կողմից կազմակերպված «Զինված ուժերում մարդու իրավունքների խթանումը Հայաստանում» ծրագրի մեկնարկն ու դրա վերաբերյալ մանրամասները, կարևորվել է զինված ուժերում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների կանխարգելմանը, հնարավոր խախտումների դեպքերի արդյունավետ քննությանը, դրանց բացահայտմանը միտված կարողությունների զարգացումը, նախանշվել են Ծրագրի իրագործման կոնկրետ ուղղություններն ու այդ կապակցությամբ համագործակցության առավել արդյունավետ միջոցները:

«Զինված ուժերում մարդու իրավունքների խթանումը Հայաստանում» Եվրոպայի խորհրդի ծրագիրը նախորդիվ իրականացված՝ «Մարդու իրավունքները և կանայք Հայաստանի զինված ուժերում – 2-րդ փուլ» ծրագրի շարունակությունն է:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է Ծրագրի շրջանակներում կարիքների գնահատում իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը, որի արդյունքներով կկանխորոշվեն Ծրագրի իրականացման մեթոդաբանությունը և դրա տեղայնացումը հատկապես դատախազական և քննչական պրակտիկայում:

ԵԽ Թրանսվերսալ մարտահրավերների և բազմակողմ ծրագրերի իրականացման վարչության ղեկավար Տիգրան Կարապետյանը ընդգծել է Դատախազության հետ տարբեր ծրագրերի շրջանակում համագործակցության կարևորությունը և նշված հարցերով համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև Դատախազության 105-ամյակի շրջանակում համատեղ միջոցառումների կազմակերպմանն առնչվող հարցեր:
