ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Արագած գյուղի բնակչի կողմից պարեկների ծառայողական գործունեությանը միջամտելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:

Քննությամբ պարզվել և հիմնավորվել է, որ 2023թ. ապրիլի 18-ին՝ ժամը 23:40-ին, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկներն «Ապարան 2» երթուղում ծառայություն իրականացնելիս Արագածոտնի մարզի Արագած գյուղի Կենտրոնական խճուղի և Կոմիտաս փողոցների խաչմերուկում նկատել են անկանոն ընթացող «Վազ 21154» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան:

Վարորդից պարզաբանումներ ստանալու համար պարեկները բարձրախոսով հրահանգել են կանգնեցնել ավտոմեքենան և օրենքով սհմանված կարգով ներկայացնելով կանգնեցնելու պատճառը՝ պահանջել փաստաթղթերը:  Պարզվել է, որ վարորդը, ով հանդիսանում է Արագած գյուղի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1974թ., գտնվում է ոչ սթափ վիճակում, որի վերաբերյալ նրան պարզաբանվել է կատարած իրավախախտումը և հետևանքները:

Փաստի առթիվ պարեկների կողմից կազմվել է արձանագրություն, որի ընացքում վերջինս վրդովվել է և հեռացել։ Պարեկային ծառայության աշխատակիցներն օրինական պահանջ են ներկայացրել վերջինիս, որ ներկա գտնվի արձանագրությունը կազմելուն, որից հետո վարորդը հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել նրանց հասցեին:

Վերջինիս հակաիրավական վարքագիծը կանխելու համար պարեկային ծառայության աշխատակիցները փորձել են նրան բերման ենթարկել, ինչին ի պատասխան` քաղաքացին քաշքշել է իրենց օրինական ծառայողական գործունեությունն իրականացնող պարեկներից մեկին, ձեռքով հարվածել նրանցից երկուսին, ձեռքին եղած պայուսակը նետել պարեկներից մեկի դեմքին, որից հետո Արագած գյուղի բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա նրան մեղադրանք է  ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 452-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով։

Վերջինիս նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան, որը բավարարվել է  մասնակի, և նրա նկատմամբ այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել տնային կալանքը:

Քրեական վարույթը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է  դատախազություն՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
