Մայիսի 17-ին Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում ընդունեց Հայաստանում Մալթայի Ինքնիշխան Մարտական Ուխտի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Դոմենիկո Արդուինիին։ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը գոհունակությամբ արձանագրեց, որ Մալթայի Ինքնիշխան Մարտական Ուխտը մարդասիրական առաքելություն է իրականացնում տարբեր երկրներում և Հայաստանում, հատկապես մեր ժողովրդի համար այս դժվարին օրերին։

Հանդիպմանը Նորին Սրբությունը դեսպանին տեղեկություններ փոխանցեց նաև Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի կողմից իրականացվող սոցիալական և առողջապահական ծրագերի մասին՝ մասնավորաբար կարևորելով հետպատերազմյա շրջանում զոհվածների ընտանիքներին, վիրավոր զինվորներին տրամադրվող հոգևոր ու սոցիալական աջակցությունը։ Իր հերթին դեսպան Դոմենիկո Արդուինին Հայոց Հովվապետին ներկայացրեց Մարտական Ուխտի կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող մարդասիրական և առողջապահական ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև հիշյալ ոլորտներում նորարար ծրագրերի ներդրման և փորձի փոխանակման նախաձեռնությունները:

Վերջում Նորին Սրբությունն իր օրհնությունը փոխանցեց դեսպանին՝ մաղթելով, որ Մալթայի Ինքնիշխան Մարտական Ուխտի ծրագրերը բարի արդյունավորում ունենան:
