Օրենքի պահապան ոստիկանները ձերբակալեցին հայրենիքի համար կյանքը զոհած Ժորա Մարտիրոսյանի մորը՝ Գայանե Հակոբյանին։ Սրան հետևում է իրավագիտության խորը մասնագետներ, միանգամայն անկախ քննիչների կողմից մեղադրանք առաջադրելն ու կալանքի միջնորդությամբ դատարան դիմելը։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանը։

«Բնականաբար, մեղադրանքը պաշտպանում է իրավագիտության համաշխարհային կորիֆեյ գլխավոր դատաՂազուհին, քանի որ օրենքի առաջ բոլորը հավասար են։ Իրավունքի և օրենքի ծառա դատավորը․․․գործի քննությունը հետաձգում է, քանի որ այն իր ողջ մասնագիտական պատմության մեջ, ամենաբարդ գործն է։ Քաղաքակիրթ, ժողովրդավարական աշխարհում իր գործին ամենանվիրյալ և ամենահայտնի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը լռում է։

Իսկ դու՞, ա՛յ Աշոտիկ, չե՞ս ամաչում, ա՛յ տղա։

Այստեղ են ասել՝ պտուղը ծառից հեռու չի ընկնում»,- գրել է նա։
