Երեկ՝ մայիսի 23-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 20։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության 911 Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն, և հայտնել են, որ Ստեփանավան քաղաքի Խանջյան փողոցի տներից մեկում տղամարդ կա կախված և անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՓԾ Լոռու մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Ստեփանավանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ։ 

Փրկարարները նշված տան տանիքում պարանով կախված վիճակում հայտնաբերել են Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Մհեր Մ․-ին։ Փրկարարների օպերատիվ գործողությունների արդյունքում կտրվել է պարանը։ Ապա արդեն տեղում իրենց մասնագիտական հմտություններով փայլել են Ստեփանավանի հիվանդանոցի բժիշկները, տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն են ցուցաբերել նրան և տեղափոխել «Ստեփանավան» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Դեպքի փաստով Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է վարույթ։ 

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր՝ մայիսի 24-ին, Մհեր Մ․-ին «Ստեփանավան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ռեանիմոբիլով տեղափոխել են Երևանի «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն։
