ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ վերջին օրերին հնչեցրել է հայտարարություններ, որոնք ամբողջությամբ հակասում են Արցախի հիմնահարցի խաղաղ ու արդարացի լուծման վերաբերյալ նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա քաղաքական թիմի ստանձնած պարտավորություններին: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը:

Հայտարարությունում նաեւ ասվում է. «Փաշինյանը խոսել է նաև ՀՀ տարածքների հարցում զիջումների գնալու իր պատրաստակամության մասին: Նրա նշած գյուղերը Ադրբեջանին զիջելու դեպքում Հայաստանի կապուղիները Վրաստանի ու Իրանի հետ հայտնվում են հակառակորդի վերահսկողության տակ:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր որդեգրած քաղաքականությամբ փաստացի արդարացնում է ագրեսիայի և պատերազմի միջոցով հարցեր լուծելու Ադրբեջանի գործելաոճը:

Եթե ՀՀ ղեկավարությունը պատրաստ է հրաժարվել Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքից, փոխել հակամարտության էությունը Ադրբեջանի կողմից 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմի հետևանքով, ուրեմն դրանով իսկ նա ընդունում է պատերազմի միջոցով խնդիրներ լուծելու գործելաոճը։

 Հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ և ծավալապաշտական նկրտումները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ` և այն հանգամանքը, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը այսօր «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» է անվանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքը, Փաշինյանի գործելաոճը ընկալվելու է որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ ագրեսիայի գնալու թույլտվություն։ Ուստի չհիմնավորված ու միակողմանի զիջումներով «խաղաղություն» հաստատելու այս քաղաքականությունը միմիայն մեծացնում է էսկալացիաների ու մեր պետության դեմ ագրեսիվ քայլերի հավանականությունը՝ բացառելով իրական ու արդարացի խաղաղության հաստատման հնարավորությունը:

 Հարկ ենք համարում ևս մեկ անգամ արձանագրել, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա քաղաքական թիմը չեն ստացել մանդատ նման վտանգավոր և պետական շահերին հակասող գործողությունների գնալու համար: Նրանք իշխանության են եկել Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի համար պայքարելու խոստումով: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որևէ իրավասություն չունի միանձնա որոշումներ կայացնելու Արցախի ու Հայաստանի համար անվտանգային կարևորություն ներկայացնող հարցերում:

Այն պարագայում, երբ Ադրբեջանը ամենաբարձր մակարդակով ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ի ցույց է դնում իր ագրեսիվ ու ծավալապաշտապան ծրագրերը Հայաստանի ու Արցախի նկատմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նման հայտարարությունները փաստում են, որ գործող ուժը չունի ունակություն և ցանկություն առերեսվել իրական սպառնալիքների հետ, առավել ևս՝ քայլեր ձեռնարկել դրանց դիմակայելու ուղղությամբ:

Եվս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում իշխանություններին չանել հայտարարություններ, որոնք հարցականի տակ են դնում Արցախում ապրող 120 հազար հայերի, այդ թվում, 30 հազար երեխաների ֆիզիկական գոյությունը և արժեզրկում են մեր ժողովրդի երեսունամյա պայքարը, որի գլխավոր նպատակն է եղել Արցախում մեր հայրենակիցների դեմ ցեղասպան գործողությունների կանխումը:

Միաժամանակ, հարկ ենք համարում շեշտել, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պարտավոր է համաժողովրդական հանրաքվեի դնել Հայաստանին, Արցախին և հայ ժողովրդին առնչվող և ճակատագրական նշանակություն ունեցող յուրաքանչյուր հարց, քանի որ նա չունի մանդատ ու լեգիտիմության անելու գործողություններ, որոնք կսպառնան Արցախի հետագա գոյությանը, Հայաստանի պետականությանը և ազգային անվտանգությանը:
