«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը չի էլ փորձում թաքցնել իր թիմակիցների հետ ունեցած հակասությունները, որոնք սկսեց ի ցույց դնել իր գործունեության ժամանակաշրջանի մասով սկսված քրեական գործի քննության փուլում: Այս անգամ խոսքը նրա ու պատգամավոր Վահագն Ալեքսանյանի հեռակա խոսակցության մասին է։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը մայիսի 27-ի իր համարում գրել էր, որ ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը որքան էլ փորձում է ցույց տալ, որ թիմակիցների հետ լավ հարաբերությունների մեջ է, բայց նա թիմում որպես ընդդիմադիր է ընկալվում: Վահագն Ալեքսանյանը գրառում է կատարել՝ հայտնելով, թե դիմել է ՀՀ ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանին ՝ հետաքրքրվելով, թե 2022 թվականին քանի ՃՏՊ է գրանցվել Հայաստանում, եւ դրանցից քանիսի պատճառ է նշված կողային ապակիների լուսաթափանցելիության բարձր տոկոսը։ Եվ հենց այս գրառման տակ մեկնաբանություն է թողել Արսեն Թորոսյանը եւ հետաքրքրվել. «Ճի՞շտ եմ հասկանում, որ վաղուց գործող օրենքը կիրառելուն դեմ ես։ Եթե ճիշտ եմ հասկանում, էլ ո՞ր օրենքների կիրառմանն ես դեմ, Վահագն ջա՛ն»։

Նկատենք, որ այս հանգամանքը դարձել է ՔՊ- ում քննարկման առարկա։ Թորոսյանը իսկապես միայնակ է մնացել խմբակցությունում, չարացել է կուսակիցների հանդեպ։ Անգամ չեն զարմանում, որ հետագայում կարող են նրա ձեռքից վերցնել պատգամավորի մանդատը»:
