Երեկ ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի աջակցությամբ ու ուղեկցությամբ, 28 անձինք տեղափոխվել են Արցախից Հայաստան, իսկ 27-ը՝ Հայաստանից Արցախ: Հայտնում են Արցախի Հանրային ՀԸ-ն պատրաստած ռեպորտաժում:
Բոլորը հրատապ մարդասիրական կարիքներ ունեցող անձինք են, ներառյալ՝ առողջական, հարազատի խնամքի, ընտանիքի հետ վերամիավորման կարիքները: 

Տեղափոխման հրատապ կարիքներ ունեցող հարյուրավոր այլ անձինք Արցախում և Հայաստանում սպասում են իրենց հնարավորությանը՝ չհաշված ոչ այնքան հրատապ նպատակներով երկու ուղղություններով երթևեկելու կարիք ունեցող հազարավոր անձանց: 

Այս մասին տեղեկությունը տեղեկատվական շտաբն է փոխանցել՝ ընդգծելով, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը ապօրինի է համարում 2022թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ից մեկնարկած շրջափակումը և ապրիլի 23-ից ադրբեջանական անցակետի գոյությունը, ընդգծում է այդպիսի պայմաններում Արցախի ժողովրդի հավաքական ու անհատական բազմաթիվ իրավունքների շարունակական ու սրվող խախտումների առկայությունը, շեշտադրում է Լաչինի միջանցքի՝ Եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ամրագրված և ՄԱԿ-ի դատարանի որոշմամբ հաստատված ռեժիմի հրատապ վերականգնման և անվտանգության նախատեսված նվազագույն պայմանների ապահովման անհրաժեշտությունը, հայտարարում է, որ նախքան Լաչինի միջանցքի ռեժիմի լրիվ վերականգնումը՝ Արցախի կառավարությունը հնարավորինս կփորձի ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի և Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի աջակցությամբ և ուղեկցությամբ ապահովել իր քաղաքացիների հրատապ մարդասիրական կարիքների բավարարման համար միջանցքով որոշակի տեղաշարժը: 

Հենց վերը նշված հանգամանքները հաշվի առնելով՝ միջանցքի ռեժիմի խախտման ու Արցախի շրջափակման պայմաններում միջանցքով ցանկացած տեղաշարժ չի կարող մեկնաբանվել որպես ադրբեջանական ապօրինի հսկողությունը լեգիտիմացնող և այդ տարածքների նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական գոյություն չունեցող իրավազորությունն ընդունող գործողություն:
