ԱՄՆ-ն ՀՀ-ում գտնվող իր քաղաքացիներին հորդորում է չայցելել ՀՀ սահմանամերձ շրջաններ և ԼՂ

Հայաստանում ամառային զբոսաշրջային սեզոնի մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ Երևանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանությունը հանդես է եկել իր քաղաքացիներին ուղղված ավանդական հիշեցմամբ` մի փոքր մեղմելով նախորդը, և ԱՄՆ դեսպանության աշխատակիցներին ու նրանց ընտանիքներին հորդորել Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև շարունակվող հակամարտության պատճառով առանց լուրջ պատճառի չայցելել ՀՀ սահմանամերձ շրջաններ:

Եթե նախորդ նախազգուշացման մեջ որոշ բնակավայրերի դեպքում արգելված էր անգամ հատել այդ շրջաններն, ապա այժմ ընդամենը խորհուրդ է տրվում այդ կետերում կանգառ չկատարել։

Հաղորդագրությունում, մասնավորապես, ասված է․

«Հայաստանում ամառային ճանապարհորդությունների սեզոնով պայմանավորված՝ Երևանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունն ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիներին հիշեցնում է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև շարունակվող հակամարտության պատճառով ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան աշխատակիցներին և նրանց ընտանիքներին արգելվում են անկարևոր ճանապարհորդությունները հետևյալ ուղղություններով, ինչն արտացոլում է մի փոքր մեղմացում, քանի որ սահմանափակումները սկսել են կիրառվել 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբեր ամսից»։

Դեսպանատան տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ներառված վայրերն են՝

  • Տավուշի մարզի Վարագավանից արևելք՝ Հ37 ավտոճանապարհը,
  • Տավուշի մարզի Նավուր գյուղից արևելք՝ Հ36 ավտոճանապարհը,
  • Գեղարքունիքի մարզում Վարդենիսից արևելք,
  • Արարատի մարզի Երասխ գյուղով երթևեկությունը թույլատրվում է, կանգառը՝ ոչ.
  • Ճանապարհորդությունը դեպի Ջերմուկ, Վայոց ձորի մարզի Գետիկի կողքով Հ42 և Հ43 ճանապարհներով:
  • Սյունիքի մարզ։
  • Ճանապարհորդությունը դեպի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ շարունակում է արգելված մնալ։

Դեսպանատունն իր քաղաքացիներին հորդորում է շարունակել զգուշանալ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև բոլոր միջազգային սահմաններից և խուսափել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտի և շփման գծի մերձակայք ճանապարհորդություններից։

Նշվում է, որ ԱՄՆ կառավարությունը չի կարող շտապօգնության ծառայություններ տրամադրել ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիներին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և նրա շրջակայքում, քանի որ մուտքն արգելված է։

ԱՄՆ դիվանագիտական առաքելությունը հորդորում է ՝

  • Գրանցվել Smart Traveler Enrollment Program-ում (STEP)՝ անվտանգության թարմացումներ ստանալու համար,
  • Հետևել տեղական լրատվամիջոցներին թարմացումների համար,
  • Խուսափել մարդաշատ վայրերից,
  • Խուսափել ցույցերից,
  • Տեղեկացնել ընկերներին և ընտանիքին ձեր անվտանգության մասին,
  • Զգոն լինել շրջապատում,
  • Զգույշ լինել գիշերը քայլելիս կամ վարելիս:
