Լոռու մարզի Ստեփանավան համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի որդին՝ Ա.Ղ.-ն, հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված գույքի հանցավոր ծագման աղբյուրը, պատկանելիությունը, տնօրինման եղանակը թաքցնելու և խեղաթյուրելու, հանցավոր գործունեության արդյունքում ստացված անշարժ գույքն օրինականացնելու նպատակով, ձեռք է բերել իր հոր՝ Ս.Ղ.-ի հանցավոր գործունեության արդյունքում ստացված, Հողային օրենսգրքի 60-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված սահմանափակումների ցանկում ներառված (օտարման ոչ ենթակա հողեր), քաղաքացիներին և իրավաբանական անձանց սեփականության իրավունքով փոխանցման ոչ ենթակա ընդհանուր օգտագործման կանաչապատ տարածքը:

Դատախազությունից հայտնում են, որ 2023 թվականի հունիսի 27-ին դատախազն իր նախաձեռնությամբ որոշում է կայացրել Ա.Ղ.-ի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (փողերի լվացում)։

Որոշումը նույն օրն ուղարկվել է նախաքննական մարմին՝ Ա.Ղ.-ին մեղադրանք ներկայացնելու համար:

Նախաքննական մարմնի կողմից 2023 թվականի հունիսի 27-ին որոշում է կայացվել  ազատության մեջ գտնվող մեղադրյալին դատարան ներկայացնելու նպատակով ձերբակալելու մասին:
