«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը զրուցել է Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինի հետ, որն ավարտում է իր դիվանագիտական կարիերան Հայաստանում եւ մյուս ամիս պետք է գնա Հայաստանից:

–Տիկին դեսպան, կա՞ Հայաստանում մի բան, որ ձեզ դուր չի եկել, որի հետ հաշտ չեք մինչ օրս։ Ի՞նչ կառաջարկեք, ինչպե՞ս փոխել: Ձեր մոտ՝ Գերմանիայում, կարգուկանոնը առաջնային է։

-Մեքենաներ վարելու խնդիր ունենք։ Ես կուզեի, որ ավելի դանդաղ վարեինք, հատկապես կուզեմ փոխվի ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենաների վարման ձեւը: Իմ երկրում այդ ազդանշաններով մեքենաները վարում են լրիվ այլ դեպքերում, դրանք օգտագործում են այլ նպատակներով: Քանի որ մենք աշխատում ենք ոստիկանական համակարգի բարելավման ուղղությամբ, իմ առաջարկը դա կլիներ: Անհնար է շատ հաճախ հասկանալը, թե նրանք իրենց բարձրախոսով ինչ են ասում մեքենայի միջից: Ես մտածում էի՝ խնդիրն իմ մեջ է, քանի որ հայերեն չեմ հասկանում, բայց հարցնում եմ մյուսներին, նրանք եւս չեն հասկանում։

–Որպես տուրիստ կգա՞ք Հայաստան Ձեր պաշտոնավարման ժամկետի ավարտից հետո։

-Միանշանակ կվերադառնամ: Ես պետք է փոքր-ինչ դադար ունենամ եւ հաջորդող դեսպանին հնարավորություն տամ սովորելու աշխատանքին, բայց որոշակի ժամանակ անց միանշանակ կվերադառնամ Հայաստան»:
