ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․ «Սերժ Սարգսյանի` ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ղեկավարներին ուղղված բաց նամակը, շատ խորքային էր և բազմաշերտ ու իրականում ուղերձներ էր պարունակում և´ միջազգային հանրության հիմնական դերակատարներին, և´ Ադրբեջանին, և´ Հայաստանին:

Այս ուղերձը հուսահատության կոչ չէ, այլ մշտապես պայքարի մեջ գտնվող ու Արցախի հարցն իր բոլոր առանձնահատկություններով տիրապետող մարդու ահազանգ, ով իր հնարավորությունների ողջ ուժով պայքարում է հանուն հայկական Արցախի:

Երրորդ նախագահի նամակի մի հատված վերաբերվում է բոլոր այն անձանց, ովքեր համարում են, որ Արցախում տեղի ունեցողը որևէ վտանգ չի ներկայացնում հայաստանյան իրենց անհոգ կյանքին.

«Լռել կամ շատ ավելի ժամանակ չհատկացնել Արցախի հարցին այսօր նշանակում է, որ շատ շուտով ձեր երկրները ստիպված սկսելու են ժամանակ հատկացնել արդեն «Հայաստանի հարցին»: Սա շատ տեսանելի սցենար է ապաշնորհ բանակցողի պարագայում, առավել ևս, որ բոլորի աչքի առաջ արդեն իսկ օկուպացված է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի մի զգալի հատված»:

Իշխանության հիմնական դեմքերը` տարբեր կարգավիճակներով, մեր ժողովրդին համոզել ու համոզում են, որ ճիշտը հանձնվել է, պայքարելն անիմաստ է և որ Արցախի հանձնումը Հայաստանին անվտանգություն ու զարգացում է բերելու:

Արցախի կորուստը ճանապարհ է բացելու Հայաստանի դեմ թուրքական նոր արշավանքին, որովհետև մեր թշնամիների հիմնական թիրախը Հայաստանն է, իսկ Արցախն այդ ճանապարհին գտնվող անառիկ ամրոց է, որը մշտապես իր վրա է վերցրել հայկական աշխարհին ուղղվող հարվածները»:
