«Ես ամաչում եմ՝ լսելով, որ Հայաստանը մտադիր է զորավարժություններ անցկացնել ԱՄՆ-ի հետ»։ Այս մասին ասել է պատմաբան, ռուս դիվանագետ Նիկոլայ Պլատոշկինը «Красное Радио» յութուբյան ալիքին տված հարցազրույցում։

«Հայաստանը 2000-ականներին մեր անտարակուսելի դաշնակիցն էր, ավելին ասեմ, ավելի մոտ դաշնակից էր, քան Բելառուսը։ Հայ զինվորականները ծառայում էին ռուսական զորքերում։ Նրանք նույնիսկ երկու երդում էին տալիս՝ ՌԴ-ին և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։ Հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հսկում էին ռուս զինվորականները, որոնց հայերը անվանում էին «մերոնք»։ Բոլոր հայկական կուսակցությունները մրցակցում էին մի բանում՝ ինչպես ապացուցեն իրենց սերն ու հարգանքը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը։ Դա շատ հաճելի էր։ Երբ ամերիկացիները փորձեցին յուրացնել էներգետիկ օբյեկտները, մենք «մի շնչով» կասեցրինք դա։ Բոլոր էներգետիկ օբյեկտները պատկանում էին ՌԴ-ին։ Եվ ուր ենք հասել հիմա»,-ասում է Պլատոշկինը։

«Փաշինյանը իշխանության է եկել միայն նրա համար, որ քաղաքացիներին հոգնեցրել էր նախկին իշխանությունը։ Փաշինյանի փոխարեն ով էլ որ լիներ, նրա օգտին նույնպես կքվեարկեին։ Եվ թեև Փաշինյանը իշխանության բերեց պրոռուսական ուժերի, նրան Կրեմլում չներեցին, որ նա իշխանության է եկել համաժողովրդական ալիքով։ Եվ դա շատ շուտով հասկացան Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան, և որ Ռուսաստանը նրան չի օգնելու, ու հարձակվեցին ու գրավեցին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մեծ մասը»,-հավելում է Պլատոշկինը։

«Եվ երբ մենք թուրքերին ու ադրբեջանցիներին թույլ տվեցինք 2020 թվականին Իսրայելի օգնությամբ ջախջախել Հայաստանին, տրամադրություններն այնտեղ կտրուկ փոխվեցին։ Եվ Ադրբեջանն այստեղ ևս կանգ չառավ։ Թքած ունենալով մեր խաղաղապահների վրա՝ նրանք փակեցին Լաչինի միջանցքը։ Այնուհետև Ադրբեջանը հարձակվեց անմիջապես ՀՀ տարածքի վրա։ Եվ երբ Հայաստանը դիմեց մեզ օգնության պնդրանքով, մենք ոչինչ չարեցինք։ Եվ ահա Հայաստանը դիմեց ԱՄՆ-ին։ Իսկ հիմա հասել ենք այնտեղ, որ զորավարժություններ են անցկացվում։ Եվ հիմա հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները վերածվել են ավերակների, և վերջ։

«Մենք ձեզ չենք կարող օգնել, բայց դուք մեզնից մի նեղացեք»,-սա եղավ մեր պատասխանը Հայաստանին։ Ի՞նչ կարող ենք ասել, շատ ամոթ է»»,-ասում է Պլատոշկինը։

«Իսկական տղամարդը, իսկական պետությունը կամ իր վրա պարտականություն չի վերցնում, կամ եթե վերցնում է, կատարում է այն։ Հակառակ դեպքում՝ ով ընկերություն կանի այդպիսի պետության հետ։ Ընկերներին ճանաչում են դժբախտության մեջ»,- եզրափակում է Պլատոշկինը։

Հարցին ի պատասխան՝ պե՞տք է Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի փոխարեն, կռվեր, Պլատոշկինը պատասխանում է, որ պարզապես կարելի էր ճնշում գործադրել Ադրբեջանի վրա՝ կանխելով հայաստանի վրա հարձակումները։
