Ուրեմն ՆԳ նախարարը, որի օրոք շարունակում են վարորդականներ վաճառել, որի օրոք նոր թափ է ստացել հատուկ կտրոնների («նարուշիլովկաների») աջ ու ձախ բաժանելն (ու անգամ ծախելը), որի օրոք ոստիկաններին ու այլ ուժայիններին նորից փաստացի թույլատրվել է խմած մեքենա վարել, որի օրոք ոստիկանները դադարեցին կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվել երթևեկության կանոնների խախտման համար, ուզում է վարորդներին տուգանելու համար նորանոր տեսախցիկներ շարի հանրապետությունով մեկ։  Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» ՀԿ նախագահ Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը:
 
«Եթե Սերժ Սարգսյանի պաշտոնավարման վերջին տարիներին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի լեզվով ասած, քաղաքացին տուգանքի մատերիալ էր, բայց ոստիկաններն էլ էին գոնե երբեմն պատժվում օրինախախտ երթևեկության համար, ապա այժմ, մանրից, քաղաքացին նորից դառնում է տուգանքի մատերիալ, բայց ոստիկանները ստանում են տոտալ ինդուլգենցիա (այս մասին ավելի մանրամասն թվերով ու փաստերով առաջիկայում հանդես կգանք)։
Ընդորում, քանի հիշել ենք այն ժամանակները, ասեմ, որ, Գասպարյան Վովայի ժամանակ, եթե մի տեղից ջրի երես դուրս գար, որ ոստիկանները խուսափել են քաղաքացուց հաղորդում ընդունել, այդ ոստիկանները լուրջ պրոբլեմ էին ունենալու։ Իսկ այժմ «անհեռանկարային» հանցագործության մասին հայտնող քաղաքացուն ցրելը համակարգային դրվածք ու ավանդույթ է, որը ապահովում է ակնահաճո վիճակագրություն։
Հ.Գ. Տեսախցիկները, որոնցից ուզում է շարել ՆԳՆ-ն, սահմանադրական դատարանի մակարդակում արգելվել են Գերմանիայում և չեն կիրառվում եվրոպական երկրների մեծ մասում, քանի որ դրանցով իրականացվում է անձնական տվյալների ապօրինի մշակում»,– գրել է նա։
