Հայաստանը և Թունիսը վերացնելու են վիզայի պահանջը դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ունեցողների համար

Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց  «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Թունիսի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց համար մուտքի վիզայի պահանջի վերացման մասին» համաձայնագրի ստորագրման առաջարկությանը: Նախագիծն ընդգրկված էր նիստի չզեկուցվող հարցերի թվում։

Նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ նշված է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և Թունիսի Հանրապետությունը վարում են բարեկամական և զարգացող երկկողմ հարաբերություններ:

«Թունիսի Հանրապետությունը հանդիսանում է հյուսիսաֆրիկյան տարածաշրջանի բարեկամ պետություն, որի հետ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը երկկողմ և բազմակողմ հարթակներում վարում է զարգացող և ընդլայնվող հարաբերություններ:

Վերջին տարիներին Թունիսի Հանրապետության հետ զարգանում է ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ՝ տնտեսական և հումանիտար համագործակցությունը տարբեր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ զբոսաշրջային:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Թունիսի Հանրապետությունը հանդիսանում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կարևոր գործընկեր Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության շրջանակներում:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Թունիսի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց համար մուտքի վիզայի պահանջի վերացման մասին» համաձայնագրի կնքումը հնարավորություն է տալիս նպաստելու Թունիսի Հանրապետության հետ քաղաքական երկխոսության ընդլայնմանն ու խորացմանը, տարբեր մակարդակներով փոխայցելությունների աշխուժացմանը:

Ելնելով վերոգրյալից և «Միջազգային պայմանագրերի մասին» օրենքի 7-րդ հոդվածի հիմքով՝ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը նպատակահարմար է համարում «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Թունիսի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց համար մուտքի վիզայի պահանջի վերացման մասին» համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը»,- նշված է նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ։
