ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության կամ արտապատվիրակմամբ տարեցների համար գործող 6 խնամքի հաստատություններում բնակվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված 83 տարեց, այս մասին «Հումանիտար կենտրոն»-ում կայացած ասուլիսում հայտնել է Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Տաթևիկ Ստեփանյանը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ նրանցից 17-ը  Ստեփանակերտի տարեցների խնամքի հաստատությունից է տեղափոխվել։

«Տարեցներից 50-ը միայնակ է, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նրանք չունեն ընտանիքի անդամներ և հավանաբար կշարունակեն խնամք ստանալ տարեցների խնամքի հաստատություններում։ Մենք այս մեկ և ավել ամիսների ընթացքում ունեցել ենք ունեցել ենք վերամիավորումներ։ Բռնի տեղահանման ընթացքում տարեցները և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները տարբեր կերպ, տարբեր փոխադրամիջոցներով էին տեղափոխվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք։ Մենք ընտանիքի վերամիավորման գործընթացը սոցիալական աշխատանքի դեպքի վարման տրամաբանությամբ կարողացել ենք ապահովել»,-ներկայացրել է փոխնախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ գործընթացը շարունակվում է։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ստեփանակերտի գիշերօթիկ հաստատությունում սեպտեմբերի 24-ի դրությամբ բնակվող 10 երեխա սեպտեմբերի 25-ին տեղափոխվել է շուրջօրյա ՀՀ-ի շուրջօրյա խնամքի հաստատություն

«Մեր ճգնաժամային  կենտրոններից մեկում են մինչ օրս բնակվում։ Երեխաների տարիքը 1-ից մինչև 17 է։ Տեղափոխման պահին երկու երեխաներ խիստ անբավարար առողջական վիճակում էին գտնվում։ Տեղավորվել են Գորիսի հիվանդանոցում, այնուհետև ամբողջությամբ լավանալու հետ կապված,  տեղափոխվել են խնամքի հաստատություն»,-ասել է Ստեփանյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ  բոլոր այն  համակարգերը, որոնք կյանքի դժվար իրավիճակում գտնվող տարեցների, երեխաների, հաշմանդամություն ունեցողների  համար գործում են ՀՀ-ում՝ կիրառելի են նաև ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց դեպքում։
