«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Տարեվերջին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն հաղորդեց, որ ձերբակալել են ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության տեխնիկական եւ հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի 6 պաշտոնյայի եւ շինարարական գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների 6 ներկայացուցչի, այդ թվում` ղեկավարների։

Հաղորդվեց նաեւ, որ տեսչական մարմնի պաշտոնյաներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել կառուցապատվող շինություններում հրդեհային անվտանգության, քաղաքաշինական գործունեության ոլորտի խախտումներ չարձանագրելու դիմաց շինկազմակերպություններից կաշառք պահանջելու եւ ստանալու համար։ Ձերբակալված 6 անձից 5-ը կալանավորվել են։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ կալանավորվածների թվում է նաեւ Տեխնիկական եւ հրդեհային անվտանգության վարչության պետը, սակայն ձերբակալվածները, որոշ իմաստով, քավության նոխազներ են։ Ինչպես մեր աղբյուրներն են ասում, կոռուպցիոն բուրգը ղեկավարում է ավելի բարձր՝ տեսչականի պետից բարձր կանգնած անձ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ տեսչականի պետը Գարեգին Խաչատրյանն է՝ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հովանավորյալը։ Այս մարմինը պատուհաս է դարձել կառուցապատող ընկերությունների գլխին, քանի որ ուղղակի տեռորի է ենթարկում կառուցապատողներին՝ այնքան լկտիորեն, որ ի վերջո հայտնվեց իրավապահների տեսադաշտում։

Կառույցի մեր աղբյուրները վստահեցնում են, որ Գարեգին Խաչատրյանն առայժմ ազատության մեջ է՝ հզոր հովանավորների շնորհիվ, բայց չի բացառվում, որ կալանավորվածները ցուցմունքներ տան՝ բացելով կոռուպցիոն ամբողջ շղթան, եւ նրա ու նրա հովանավորների կարգավիճակը փոխվի»:
