Այսօր ՀՀ նախկին նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը դատական նիստից հետո պատասխանել է լրագրողների հարցերին։ Անդրադառնալով փետրվարի 13-ին ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի վրա Ադրբեջանի հարձակմանը՝ Սարգսյանն ասել է․

«Դա տրամաբանական շարունակությունն է այն գործողությունների, որոնց մենք ականատես էինք լինում, և եթե հիշում եք, շաբաթներ առաջ հենց այստեղ ես ասացի, որ եթե այդ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը ստորագրվի, դա լինելու է կրկնակի կապիտուլյացիա։

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, այս ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի խոսույթը նոր որակումներ է ձեռք բերել՝ հրահանգների, ցուցումների տեսք։ Չեմ բացառում, որ Ներքին Հանդի իրադարձությունները կունենան կրկնություններ, միգուցե տարբեր այլ հատվածներում, որովհետև երեկ էլ մի թեթև անոնս լսեցինք կառավարության նիստում։

Ճնշումների արդյունքում էլի ինչ-որ բաներ կհանձնեն, և այսպես շարունակ, մինչև այն պահը, երբ այստեղ հավաքվածները, մեր քաղաքական դաշտը և առաջին հերթին, մեր ժողովուրդը, գոնե այն հատվածը, որն անտարբեր չի իր հայրենիքի ապագայի հանդեպ, ուղղակի այս իշխանություններին կուղարկեն տուն»,- եզրափակեց նախկին նախագահը։
