«Սիներջի» ընկերության հիմնադիր Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանի պաշտպաններ Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանի և Գոռ Օհանյանի հայտարարությունը․

««Սիներջի» ընկերության հիմնադիր Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանի գործով պաշտպանական կողմը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին ՝ փոխել Հովհաննիսյանի խափանման միջոցը, քանզի առկա է  դատավարական իրադրության էական փոփոխություն։

Մասնավորապես՝ Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանը 5  անգամ հարցաքննվել է, որից հետո վերջինիս, ինչպես նաև նույն գործով մյուս մեղադրյալների հետ տեղի են ունեցել նաև առերես հարցաքննություններ, ինչն անշուշտ քննությանը խոչընդոտելու հիմքի նվազման նախադրյալ է։

Հարկ է նկատել, որ ՀՀ Դատախազությունը սույն քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում արդեն իսկ մեկ անգամ քննությանը խոչընդոտելու հիմքի էական նվազում դիտարկել է այլ մեղադրյալների կողմից հարցաքննություններին և առերես հարցաքննություններին մասնակցելը, ինչի հետևանքով 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 12-ին դատախազը սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ փոփոխել է երկու մեղադրյալների՝ Անի Գևորգյանի և Լիլի Մկրյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանքը այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցներով։

Գտնում ենք, որ սույն դեպքում Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանի նկատմամբ ևս առկա են բավարար նախադրյալներ համանման մոտեցում ցուցաբերելու համար, քանզի եթե հարցը դիտարկենք համեմատության մեջ, ապա Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանի մասնակցությամբ կատարվել են թվաքանաքով և բովանդակությամբ ավելի շատ վարույթային գործողություններ, քան որևէ այլ մեղադրյալի մասնակցությամբ, հետևաբար, եթե առաջնորդվենք ՀՀ դատախազության այն տրամաբանությամբ, որ քննության ծավալի սպառումը, առավել ևս՝ այնպիսի սպառումը, որը նաև էական է եղել գործի ճիշտ լուծման համար, բավարար հիմք է քննությանը խոչընդոտելու իրավաչափության պայմանի նվազման արձանագրման համար, ապա Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանի դեպքում առկա է դրա դասական լավագույն օրինակը»:
