Արցախի ԱԺ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից մշակվող Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված հայրենակիցների աջակցության ծրագրերի կապակցությամբ:

«Սույն թվականի փետրվարի 27-ին Հայաստանի հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն անդրադարձել է ցեղասպանության և նրա սպառնալիքի տակ Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների համար ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից առաջարկվող աջակցության ծրագրերին։

Մեր գնահատմամբ՝ փոխվարչապետի միջոցով արցախյան հանրությանը մատուցվող ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից նախատեսվող ծրագրերը համարժեք չեն տիրող իրավիճակին: Հարկ ենք համարում շեշտել, որ մինչ այժմ իրականացված որևէ ծրագիր չի քննարկվել Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի կողմից լեգիտիմ մանդատ ունեցող որևէ կառույցի, այդ թվում ժողովրդի ուղղակի քվեով ընտրված Ազգային ժողովի հետ։

Իսկ զանազան միջոցներով մեր կողմից ներկայացված առաջարկներն անտեսվել են։ Հատկապես անընդունելի է Արցախից տեղահանված ժողովրդի համար բնակարաններ ձեռք բերելու կապակցությամբ դեռևս քննարկվող ծրագիրը, որը, հարցի քաղաքական և սոցիալական համակողմանի քննարկման արդյունքում, ակնհայտորեն, չի բավարարելու բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների նվազագույն սպասելիքներն ու ակնկալիքները։

Նման որոշումների կայացումը հանգեցնելու է մեր հայրենակիցների հիասթափությանն ու դժգոհությանը, որի արդյունքում կխթանվի արտագաղթը և բողոքների ալիքը, կխաթարվի մեզ համար օրախնդիր՝ հավաքական վերադարձի ակնկալիքը։

 Կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ չկշռադատված ոչ համարժեք քայլերից։ Միաժամանակ, վերահաստատում ենք փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող խնդրահարույց հարցերի շուրջ կառուցողական քննարկումներ իրականացնելու մեր պատրաստակամությունը՝ ողջախոհ, արժանապատվությունը չնսեմացնող որոշումների հանգելու համար։
