Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները տվյալներն օպերատիվորեն իրացնելով՝ Բալահովիտ գյուղի 5-րդ փողոցում ապօրինի թմրանյութ պահելու, օգտագործելու և իրացնելու կասկածանքով հայտնաբերել, ձերբակալել և, մեքենայով հանդերձ, բաժին են տեղափոխել 32 և 41 տարեկան 2 տղամարդու։ 32-ամյա վարորդի խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է բյուրեղանման զանգված և մոխրացած հետքերով ապակյա լամպ։ Նրա հայտնածով՝ թմրամիջոցը ձեռք էր բերել Տելեգրամի միջոցով։

Հաջորդ դեպքում Կոտայքի մարզի պարեկները և բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները Աբովյան քաղաքի Երևանյան փողոցում ապօրինի թմրանյութ պահելու, օգտագործելու և իրացնելու կասկածանքով հայտնաբերել, ձերբակալել և բաժին են տեղափոխել 20 տարեկան 2 երիտասարդի։

Խուզարկությամբ նրանց մոտ հայտնաբերվել են մոխրացած հետքերով կաթուցիչներ և ծալովի դանակ։ Երիտասարդներից մեկի հայտնածով՝ կաթուցիչում մարիխուանա է, որը հյուրասիրել է ընկերոջը, ինչը հաստատվել է նրա կողմից:

Կազմված փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին։ Հանգամանքները նախաքննությամբ պարզվում են։
