Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունն ու և «ՌԵՆԴԵՐՖՈՐԵՍԹ» ՍՊԸ-ն համագործակցության հուշագիր կնքեցին:

Կարևորելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հատուկ պահպանվող և անտառային տարածքների բարելավման աշխատանքներում մասնավոր ընկերությունների ներգրավման և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շրջակա միջավայրի պաշտպանության հարցերը և նպատակ ունենալով նպաստել շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության, բարելավման ու վերականգնման, ինչպես նաև անտառների վրա վնասակար ներգործությունների կանխարգելմանը կամ նվազեցմանը, այսօր Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունն՝ ի դեմս նախարարի տեղակալ Արամ Մեյմարյանի և «ՌԵՆԴԵՐՖՈՐԵՍԹ» ՍՊԸ-ն՝ ի դեմս տնօրեն Նարեկ Սաֆարյանի կնքեցին համագործակցության հուշագիր են կնքել։

Հուշագրի շրջանակում կարևորվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում բնական էկոհամակարգերի, այդ թվում հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների զբոսաշրջային գրավչություն ունեցող ռեսուրսների պահպանությունը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում բնական էկոհամակարգերում էկոտուրիզմի զարգացումը և հասարակության էկոլոգիական իրազեկվածության բարձրացումը։

Հուշագրի շրջանակում Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ՀՀ օրենսդրության սահմաններում միավորելու իրենց ջանքերը՝ ներդնելով իրենց մասնագիտական, մարդկային, ֆինանսական և տեխնիկական ռեսուրսներն ու ներուժը՝ շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանությանը, բարելավմանն ու վերականգնմանն, ինչպես նաև անտառների վրա վնասակար ներգործությունների կանխարգելմանը կամ նվազեցմանն ուղղված փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող համատեղ աշխատանքների և միջոցառումների իրականացման համար։ 

Նախարարի տեղակալը շնորհավորել է գործընկերներին և հույս հայտնել, որ համագործակցությունը կնպաստի շրջակա միջավայրի արդյունավետ կառավարմանը և ոլորտի կարողությունների հզորացմանը և երկուստեք ջանքեր կներդրվեն ավելի կանաչ ու դինամիկ զարգացող շրջակա միջավայր ունենալու նպատակով։
