Բիզնեսն արդեն երկու տարուց ավելի է, որ օգտվում է նախնական մաքսային հայտարարագրի առավելություններից։ Ներմուծմամբ զբաղվող տնտեսվարողները, մինչև ապրանքի Հայաստանի սահմանը հատելը, էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ներկայացնում են նախնական հայտարարագիր և 24/7 ռեժիմով անմիջապես սահմանային անցակետում իրականացնում այդ ապրանքների բացթողնման հետ կապված բոլոր գործառնությունները, ստանում ապրանքը և անմիջապես տնօրինում այն:

Նախնական մաքսային հայտարարագրի համակարգից օգտվողների թիվը և հայտարարագրերի քանակն անընդհատ ավելանում է։ ՊԵԿ-ի վիճակագրությամբ՝ միայն օգտվող ընկերությունների թիվը 2023-ին արդեն իսկ աճել է ավելի քան 173 տոկոսով։ Ներկայացված հայտարարագրերի քանակը, եթե 2022-ին կազմել է 2300, ապա 2023-ին՝ 9000, իսկ ներկա պահի դրությամբ թիվը հասել է 11 300 հայտարարագրի։

Սահմանային կետից ապրանքների բացթողնման դեպքում այլևս կարիք չի լինում ներմուծված բեռը տեղակայել ժամանակավոր պահպանության պահեստներում, ինչի շնորհիվ տնտեսվարողները խնայում են ժամանակ և ֆինանսական միջոցներ։ Մինչ համակարգի գործարկումը, ներմուծված բեռը ժամանակավոր պահպանության պահեստներում պահպանության համար, արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության մասնակիցները յուրաքանչյուր օր, յուրաքանչյուր բեռնատար տրանսպորտային միջոցի համար ստիպված լրացուցիչ վճարումներ էին կատարում` օրական միջինում 20 հազար դրամ, այնինչ, նախնական մաքսային հայտարարագից օգտվելու պարագայում, այժմ ապրանքների պահպանության համար որևէ գումար վճարելու անհրաժեշտություն այլևս չկա։ Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում նախնական մաքսային հայտարարագրմամբ ապրանքներ ներմուծող բեռնատար տրանսպորտային միջոցների քանակն ավելացել է ավելի քան 4 անգամ։ Եթե 2022 թվականի ընթացքում այդ մեթոդով ապրանքներ են ներմուծվել շուրջ 4000 բեռնատարի միջոցով, ապա 2023 թվականին՝ թիվը հասել է արդեն շուրջ 16800-ի։
