«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, մի կողմից, քննադատում է ռուսներին, ակնհայտ հակառուսական քայլեր իրականացնում, մյուս կողմից՝ քավորին, ՔՊ խմբակցությունից եւս 2 հոգու, որպես դիտորդ, ուղարկում է ՌԴ նախագահական ընտրությունները դիտարկելու: Ավելին՝ նրանք տվել են դրական եզրակացություն՝ ՌԴ նախագահական ընտրությունների թափանցիկության, արդարության եւ օրինականության վերաբերյալ:

Այսպիսով, մարտի 15֊ին, ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի կարգադրությամբ, երկկողմ փոխհարաբերությունների բերումով ՌԴ նախագահական ընտրություններին դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու համար 2024 թվականի մարտի 14-18-ը Մոսկվա են գործուղվել Տարածքային կառավարման, տեղական ինքնակառավարման, գյուղատնտեսության եւ շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վահե Ղալումյանը եւ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Արմեն Գեւորգյանը: Դրանից բացի, ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցության ձեւաչափով դարձյալ Մոսկվա են գործուղվել ՔՊ անդամ երկու պատգամավորներ Ալեքսանդր Սանդիկովը եւ Միքայել Թումասյանը: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջիններս նաեւ միասնական եզրակացություն են ստորագրել, համաձայն որի՝ ՌԴ նախագահի ընտրություններն անցել են ազատ, արդար եւ թափանցիկ: Ասել է թե՝ Պուտինը լեգիտիմ նախագահ է: Եզրակացությունը կհրապարակվի առաջիկայում:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քավոր, ՔՊ-ական Վահե Ղալումյանից փորձեց պարզել՝ արդյոք ինքն անձամբ այնտեղ Պուտինի ընտրության մշտադիտարկման աշխատանքներին մասնակցել է. եթե այո, ինչ-որ խախտումներ արձանագրել է արդյոք։ ՔՊ-ականն իրեն հատուկ ոճով հարցը լսելիս անջատեց ու այլեւս չպատասխանեց մեր հեռախոսազանգերին:

Որպես ամփոփում թերևս արձանագրենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական անկայունությունը դրսեւորվում է նաեւ ամենասուր պահերին։ Մի կողմից՝ ՌԴ-ի դեմ արշավներ է անում, մյուս կողմից՝ իր միջազգային գործընկերների պատկերացումներին տրամագծորեն հակառակ քայլեր է անում»:
