Այսօր հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր Կարապետ Բադալյանի կողմից կայացրած վճռի հիման վրա գործարար Սամվել Մայրապետյանից և «Գլոբուս» ՍՊԸ ընկերության տնօրեն Գ․ Հակոբջանյանից հօգուտ Հայաստանի կբռնագանձվի ավելի քան 4 մլրդ դրամ:

Սամվել Մայրապետյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում ասվում է. 

«Ես միշտ գիտակցել եմ, որ Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունները ինձ չեն ներում այն բանի համար, որ ինձնից չստացան իրենց կողմից ակնկալվող սուտ ցուցմունքները, և որ ես ու ըմտանիքիս անդամները ենթարկվելու ենք բոլոր տեսակի հնարավոր ճնշումներին: Գալով այսօրվա՝ իրավագիտության հետ աղերս չունեցող վճռին, կարող եմ միայն ասել, որ պատահականություն չէ, որ վճիռը տարածվեց հենց այսօր առավոտյան, չնայած որ մինչև այս պահը այն հրապարակված չէ Դատալեքս դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգում: Բանը նրանում է, որ վճիռը պետք է հրապարակվեր դեռևս 2024 թվականի մարտի 20-ին, սակայն, Դատարանի որոշմամբ դատաքննությունը նորից վերսկսվեց՝ իբրև թե գործի լուծման համար նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով: 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ին նշանակված դատական նիստի օրը, սակայն, այդպես էլ Դատարանի համար չպարզաբանվեցին իրենց համար անհրաժեշտ հարցերը և անհասկանալիորեն վճռի հրապարակման օր նշանակվեց ապրիլի 5-ը. կարելի է ենթադրել Փաշինյանի բրյուսելյան այցի օրը՝ PR արդյունք ցուցադրելու համար: Ստացվում է, որ իշխանությունները վերահսկում են ոչ միայն վճռի բովանդակությունը, այլ նաև որոշում են հրապարակման օրն ու ժամը:

Տեղի ունեցածին և մասնավորաբար դատարանի վճռին մանրամասն և փաստերով կանդրադառնա իմ փաստաբանական խումբը Դատալեքս դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգում վճռի պատշաճ հրապարակվելուց հետո, որտեղ, սովորաբար, ըստ օրենքի հրապարակվում են դատավճիռները»:
