Ողբերգական ավտովթար՝ Տավուշի մարզում․ մի քանի տոննա հեղուկ գազ տեղափոխող «Iveco»-ն կողաշրջվել է

Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 7-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում։ Ժամը 08։30-ի սահմաններում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 52-ամյա Արմեն Աբրահամյանը իր վարած «Iveco» մակնիշի հեղուկ գազ տեղափոխող ավտոմեքենայով Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի Դիլիջանի 1-ին ոլորանում, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, կողաշրջվել է։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով վարորդը տեղում մահացել է։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Դիլիջանի թիվ 63 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ։

Բախման հետևանքով ավտոմեքենայի գլանատակառից սկսվել է գազի արտահոսք, իսկ ճանապարհը դարձել է երթևեկության համար միակողմանի։

Հրշեջ-փրկարարաները վարորդի մարմինը դուրս են բերել ավտոմեքենայից և պատգարակով մոտեցրել դիատարին։

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Տավուշի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 3-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Մարտիրոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Արմինե Ալիխանյանի գլխավորությամբ:

 Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության պետ Արթուր Մկրտչյանը, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Սևակ Բադիրյանը, ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի պետ Գուրգեն Խաչատրյանն ու բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Վլադ Բազունցը:

Վթարի մասին ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Արամ Հարությունյանի, Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Արգամ Ռաֆայելյանի գլխավորությամբ:  

Վթարի փաստով Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Պարեկները սահմանազատել են տարածքը, հրշեջ-փրկարարներն են էլ կատարել են ճանապարհի լվացման աշխատանքներ։Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան պետք է տեղափոխվի ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
