Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանն աշխատակազմի ուղեկցությամբ ապրիլի 7-ին այցելել է ՀՀ ԱՆ «Աբովյան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։

ՄԻՊ հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ նպատակն էր շնորհավորել ազատությունից զրկված կանանց և ՔԿՀ աշխատակազմի կին աշխատակիցներին մայրության և գեղեցկության օրվա առթիվ։
Պաշտպանն ու ներկայացուցիչները ներկա են գտնվել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ազատությունից զրկված կանանց մասնակցությամբ կազմակերպված միջոցառմանը։
Շնորհավորելով օրվա առիթով՝ Անահիտ Մանասյանը նշել է, որ յուրաքանչյուրն ունի գեղեցիկի վերաբերյալ իր բանաձևը։
 
«Կարևոր է, որպեսզի այդ հանգամանքը նկատի ունենալով` համատեղ ուժերով կարողանանք պահպանել կյանքի գեղեցկությունը: Իսկ դա անհնար է առանց կարեկից և ապրումակցող, մեկս մյուսի առանձնահատկությունները հաշվի առնող միջավայրի: Որպես Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան` մշտապես պատրաստ եմ աջակից լինել Ձեր իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն առնչվող հարցերում: Կարևոր եմ համարում, որ այս խորհրդանշական օրն անց ենք կացնում ձեզ հետ։ Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ այս գեղեցիկ օրվա առթիվ»,- ասել է Պաշտպանը:
 
Անահիտ Մանասյանը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ ազատությունից զրկված անձանց իրավունքների հետ կապված հարցերը գտնվում են իր ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Ինչպես անհատական բողոքներով, այնպես էլ մշտադիտարկման արդյունքներով վեր հանված խնդիրներն իրենց լուծման առաջարկներով ուղարկվում են պետական իրավասու մարմիններին, մի շարք խնդիրներ Պաշտպանի միջամտությամբ ստանում են ընթացիկ լուծումներ։
 
Այնուհետև Անահիտ Մանասյանն ու ՄԻՊ ներկայացուցիչներն ուսումնասիրել են քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պահվող կին և անչափահաս ազատությունից զրկված անձանց պահման պայմանները, հիմնարկի պետ Հեղինե Մարտիրոսյանի ուղեկցությամբ շրջել տարածքով, զրուցել ինչպես ազատությունից զրկված անձանց, այնպես էլ հիմնարկի կին աշխատակիցների հետ, լսել մարդու իրավունքներին վերաբերելի հարցերը, հավաքագրել խնդիրները։
 
Պաշտպանը հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձրել իրենց մոտ մինչև 3 տարեկան երեխա ունեցող ազատությունից զրկված կանանց պահման պայմաններին, զրուցել նրանց հետ, քննարկել երեխաների խնամքի հետ կապված հարցեր։
 
Այցի շրջանակներում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը կանանց հանձնել է նվերներ, այնտեղ գտնվող երեխաներին՝ խաղալիքներ, ազատությունից զրկված տղաներին՝ գրքեր։
