Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. «Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի առաջադրումը 2024-ի Խաղաղության նոբելյան մրցանակի՝ իր բարեգործական և մարդասիրական գործունեության համար հիստերիայի մեծ ալիք է առաջ բերել Ադրբեջանում։

Ադրբեջանական մամուլը թիրախավորում է ոչ միայն Վարդանյանին, ում խնդիր է դրված ներկայացնել որպես «ահաբեկիչ», այլև դատապարտում են Արևմուտքին՝ նման քայլի գնալու համար։ Տարբեր մեկնաբաններ նշում են, որ այս մրցանակաբաշխությունը «կառավարվում է հայկական սփյուռքի կողմից», որ «չկա որևէ սկզբունքայնություն այս միջոցառման վերաբերյալ»։ Ըստ ադրբեջանցի պատգամավոր Ռասիմ Մուսաբեկովի՝ այս առաջադրումը PR ակցիա է, որի նպատակը Վարդանյանի դուրս բերումն է Բաքվի բանտից, բայց իրենք չպետք է թույլ տան, որ դա տեղի ունենա։

Իշխող ուժի մեկ այլ պատգամավոր Հիքմեթ Բաբաօղլուն էլ նշել էր, որ Վարդանյանը «ռևանշիստ է» ու «քրեական հեղինակություն»։ Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ որոշ դեպքերում Խաղաղության Նոբելյան մրցանակը ծառայում է քաղաքական նպատակների համար։

«Նման հանցագործին որպես խաղաղության Նոբելյան մրցանակի թեկնածու առաջադրելը փաստացի վարկաբեկում է հենց այս մրցանակը։ Բայց մենք նաև տեսնում ենք, որ խաղաղության Նոբելյան մրցանակը երբեմն ծառայում է քաղաքական նպատակների։ Խաղաղության Նոբելյան մրցանակի հանձնման հանձնաժողովը հարգում է նաև այն անհատներին, ովքեր տարբեր ժամանակներում հանցագործություններ են կատարել իրենց երկրում, սակայն Արևմուտքի կողմից ճանաչված են որպես արևմտյան արժեքների և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան: Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեպքը լրիվ այլ դեպք է»։ Նա նաև նշել էր, որ Ադրբեջանը պետք է ամեն ինչ անի այս գործընթացը տապալելու համար։

Այս արձագանքները գալիս են փաստելու, որ Ադրբեջանում լուրջ անհանգստացել են այս թեմայի առթիվ։ Հույս ունեմ, որ հետագա զարգացումներն իրապես կօգնեն ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց տալ, թե ինչպիսի պետություն է Ադրբեջանը, և ինչպես է այդ երկրի ղեկավարությունը փորձում խեղաթյուրել արցախյան ազատագրական շարժման ողջ էությունը։

Հույս ունեմ նաև, որ այս գործընթացը կհանգեցնի Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի և Բաքվում ապօրինաբար պատանդ պահվող մեր մյուս հայրենակիցների ազատ արձակմանը։
