«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Շուրջ 2 տարի անց ՔՊ պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող խանութի տարածքում պայթյուն իրականացրած ենթադրյալ հանցագործին բացահայտել են, բայց գտնվելու վայրը չգիտեն ու հետախուզում են հայտարարել։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի է, թե ով է հետախուզվողը. նա Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ Գարեգին Վ.-ն է։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ նրա անունը տվել են ՔՊ գրասենյակի, ՔՊ պատգամավոր Գագիկ Մելքոնյանի տանը պայթուցիկների գործով կալանավորվածները: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույզում ՔՊ պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանի հայրը՝ Զարեհ Սարգսյանը, հայտնեց, որ իրեն կամ որդիներին չեն հրավիրել հարցաքննության։ Ըստ նրա՝ հետախուզվողին չեն ճանաչում, անգամ անվան ու ազգանվան առաջին տառն էլ իրենց ոչինչ չի ասում։

Նշենք, որ քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ քննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով պարզվել է, որ Երեւան քաղաքի Նոյ թաղամասի 143/1 տան բակում պայթյունի իրականացմանը, ինչպես նաեւ Երեւան քաղաքի Գ. Գյուլբենկյան փողոցի 33-րդ շենքի եւ Գյուլբենկյան 30/3 հասցեում գտնվող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության գրասենյակի մոտ պայթուցիկ սարքերի տեղադրման կազմակերպմանը, բացի վարույթով մեղադրյալ Գ. Ս.-ից եւ ինքնությունները դեռեւս չբացահայտված անձանցից, մասնակցել է նաեւ 42-ամյա Գ. Վ.-ն:

Բացի այդ, տվյալներ են ստացվել նաեւ այն մասին, որ վերջինս, հանրային իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ եւ հանրային ծառայող, ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի 8-րդ գումարման պատգամավոր, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ Հայկ Սարգսյանին եւ ՀՀ վարչապետի նախկին օգնական Նաիրի Սարգսյանին, իրենց համար անընդունելի քաղաքականություն վարելուց եւ քաղաքական դիրքորոշումներ պահպանելուց ձեռնպահ մնալուն հարկադրելու դիտավորությամբ, քննությամբ չպարզված անձանց հետ, կազմակերպել է Հայկ եւ Նաիրի Սարգսյանների հորը՝ Զ. Սարգսյանին պատկանող, Երեւան քաղաքի Ն. Զարյան փողոցում գործող ավտոմեքենաների յուղման կետի մոտ տեղի ունեցած պայթյունը:

Փաստ է մեկ բան, որ 2 տարի անց իմացան, թե ով է իրականացրել պայթյունը, բայց գործը այս պահին «օդից կախված է». ենթադրյալ հանցագործը իր գործողությունն արել է 2 տարի առաջ ու անհետացել։ Նկատենք, որ այս պայթյունների գործը քննում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԱԱԾ քննիչները»:
