Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն ապրիլի 9-ին պաշտոնապես գործարկել է հանրային հաստատությունների համար Գենդերային հավասարության պարգևադրոշմի  ներդրման գործընթացը։ Գենդերային հավասարության պարգևադրոշմի ներդրման գործընթացը առաջին անգամ է պաշտոնապես գործարկվում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, իսկ ՀՀ ՄԻՊ հաստատությունը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության առաջին ազգային հաստատությունն է, որը կանցնի պարգևադրոշմի ներդրման համար գնահատումը։

Մեկնարկի պաշտոնական միջոցառմանը ներկայացվել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուղերձը։ Բացման խոսքով հանդես են եկել ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը, Հայաստանում ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Նաթիա Նացվլիշվիլին, ՀՀ-ում Միացյալ Թագավորության դեսպան Ջոն Գալագերը։

Գենդերային հավասարության պարգևադրոշմը հատուկ մշակված մեթոդաբանություն է, որի նպատակն է աջակցել պետական մարմիններին 2030 թվականի ՄԱԿ-ի Կայուն զարգացման 5-րդ նպատակների՝ գենդերային հավասարության վերաբերյալ դրույթները ներքին իրավական ակտերում ամրագրելու՝ որդեգրելով գենդերազգայուն մոտեցումներ լիազորություններն իրականացնելիս։ 

Օրեր առաջ էլ ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Օլիվյե Դըկոնտինյին X-ի իր միկրոբլոգում տեղեկացրել էր, որ հանդիպել է «Նոր սերունդ» ՀԿ-ի հետ և քննարկել ԼԳԲՏ+ անձանց իրավունքների հետ կապված իրավիճակը։ Եթե սրան էլ գումարենք այն օրինագիծը, որ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները ներկայացրել են ԱԺ և որը ենթադրում է ընտանիքում զուգընկեր տերմինի սահմանմանը և միտված է ԼԳԲՏ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, ապա կարելի է փաստել, որ Արևմուտքը շտապեցնում է Փաշինյանին՝ առաջ մղելու Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիայի ընդունման ապազգային օրակարգը: Ընդ որում, արդեն իսկ ակնհայտ է, որ այդ ամենի հովանավորը արևմտյան երկրներն են, իսկ ծրագրերի իրականացման կուռացիան իրականացվում է  դեսպանների մակարդակներով: Ստացվում է բավական մտահոգիչ պատկեր՝ Արևմուտքի փողերով, Գենդերային հավասարության պարգևադրոշմի  ներդրման գործընթացի անվան տակ պետական կառույցներում ընդամենը ԼԳԲՏ քարոզ է իրականացվելու: Դրանից բխող վտանգների և ռիսկերի մասին թերևս ավելորդ է բարձրաձայնել:
