В СНГ будет учреждена юбилейная медаль «80 лет Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941–1945 годов»

На проходящем в Минске 12 апреля 2024 года заседании Совета министров иностранных дел СНГ одобрено и будет внесено на рассмотрение глав государств Содружества Решение об учреждении единой юбилейной медали «80 лет Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941–1945 годов».

Как сообщили Арменпресс в пресс-служба Исполнительного комитета СНГ, согласно Положению о единой юбилейной медали «80 лет Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941–1945 годов», награждаться ею будут в соответствии с национальным законодательством ветераны Великой Отечественной войны, лица, приравненные к ним, а также другие лица по решению государств – участников Содружества Независимых Государств. При этом порядок награждения медалью определяется государствами Содружества.

Единая юбилейная медаль будет изготавливаться из металла золотистого цвета. На лицевой стороне медали изображены фигуры красноармейцев, водружающих над рейхстагом Знамя Победы. Вверху – цифры «1945/2025», слева – изображение салюта. Внизу – граненая пятиконечная звезда в окаймлении лаврового венка.

На оборотной стороне медали в центре – надпись «80 лет Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941–1945». Надпись заключена в лавровый венок, ветви которого перевиты в основании лентой. Внизу – Орден Отечественной войны I степени.

При изготовлении единой юбилейной медали в государствах – участниках СНГ допускается использование надписи на реверсе знака медали на государственных языках.

Медаль носится на левой стороне груди и располагается после юбилейной медали «75 лет Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941–1945 годов».
