Մենք՝ Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհրդի անդամներս, համախմբվելով Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում օրհնությամբ և բարձր նախագահությամբ Ն․Ս․Օ․Տ․Տ․ Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի, օրակարգային հարցերի քննարկումների ընթացքում խոր մտահոգությամբ անդրադարձ կատարեցինք մեր հայրենիքի առջև ծառացած ներքաղաքական խնդիրներին և արտաքին անվտանգային մարտահրավերներին։ Այս մասին ասվում է Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի տարածած հայտարարությունում։

Հետպատերազմյան շրջանում ՀՀ իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը և հատկապես վերջերս սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթացի անվան ներքո կատարած տարածքային միակողմանի զիջումները հիմնավոր նոր անհանգստությունների ու տագնապների պատճառ են դարձել ինչպես հայրենիքում, այնպես և սփյուռքում, տեղիք տվել անվստահության ձևավորման՝ հանգեցնելով նաև Հայաստանի վարչապետի հրաժարականի պահանջին։

Հայրենիքի առջև ծառացած անվտանգային մարտահրավերների շուրջ ժողովրդի բարձրաձայնած մտավախությունները, ազգային կառույցների և մասնագիտական հանրույթի կոչերն ու հորդորները, սակայն, անտեսվում են ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից և կամ հակադարձվում հավանական պատերազմի սպառնալիքներով: Իսկ հանրային ստվար շրջանակներում իշխանությունների նկատմամբ ձևավորված արդարացի դժգոհությունները, որ դրսևորվում են բողոքի և անհնազանդության խաղաղ գործողությունների միջոցով, փորձ է արվում լռեցնել ցուցարարների նկատմամբ արժանապատվության նսեմացմանն ուղղված գործողություններով և բռնի անհամաչափ ուժի գործադրությամբ։ 

Խստիվ դատապարտում ենք հունիսի 12-ին Երևանում խաղաղ հավաքի մասնակիցների նկատմամբ ձեռնարկված ակնհայտ ապօրինի քայլերը և գործադրված միջոցները, ինչի հետևանքով ցուցարարների և ոստիկանների շրջանում կան բազմաթիվ տուժածներ, այդ թվում՝ մարմնական ծանր վնասվածքներով։ 

Մեր կոչն է ՀՀ իշխանություններին զերծ մնալ բռնությունից, ատելություն և թշնամանք սերմանելու մերժելի դրսևորումներից։ Մեր կոչն է նաև իրենց բողոքի ձայնն արտահայտող հայրենակիցներին գործել ամենայն զգոնությամբ և օրինահարգությամբ։ Ներկա վտանգաշատ կացությունը կարոտ է արժանապատիվ հանգուցալուծումների, առկա ճգնաժամը՝ հանդարտության և զգաստության մեջ քաղաքական երկխոսության։ Դատապարտելի է նաև, որ իշխանության բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչներն ու նրանց աջակից անձերը հետևողականորեն լծվել են հանրահավաքների կազմակերպման պատասխանատվությունը Եկեղեցուն վերագրելու անհիմն և ստահոդ լուրերի տարածմանը՝ փորձելով արդարացնել հակաեկեղեցական իրենց կեցվածքը, որի ամոթալի դրսևորումներից էր մայիսի 28-ին Սարդարապատի հուշահամալիրում Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի և եկեղեցականների դեմ հրահրված սադրանքը:

Բոլոր ժամանակներում հայրենի իշխանությունների կոչումն ու առաքելությունն է ներհասարակական համերաշխության պահպանումը և համազգային միաբանության ձևավորումը, ինչը կենսականորեն անհրաժեշտ է հատկապես մերօրյա պայմաններում։ Իշխանությունն ինքնին որևէ մեկի կամ որևէ քաղաքական ուժի համար չպետք է լինի սոսկ ձգտում, այլ առաջին հերթին՝ միջոց ժողովրդին և հայրենիքին խոհեմ, շրջահայաց ու անձնուրաց ծառայության և խաղաղ ու ապահով կյանքի կերտման։

Հավատում ենք, որ հայրենիքի հանդեպ սերը և պատասխանատվությունը պիտի հարթեն շավիղները՝ համազգային մեր ներուժն ու բոլոր կարողությունները ի սպաս դնելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանությանն ու զորացմանը և իրականության կոչելու ապագայի համընդհանուր մեր տեսլականը։ 

Թող Ամենողորմ Տերը համերաշխ ու միասնական պահի ու պահպանի աշխարհասփյուռ մեր ժողովրդին և հայրենի մեր երկիրը խաղաղ ու անվտանգ ընթացքով առաջնորդի դեպի լուսավոր նոր հանգրվաններ։
