A Carnival cruise ship that departed from Tampa, Florida, on March 10th suffered technical problems while on the last leg of its 7-day Caribbean cruise.
The Carnival Dream liner, which can hold more than 3,500 passengers, is currently docked at Philipsburg, St.Maarten, in the eastern Caribbean, after reporting a technical fault that affected its sailing speed.
Due to the fault, the ship had to change its route and will return to Tampa earlier than planned.
The passengers will be delivered to Florida by air.
There are no Russians among them.
