Those, who depart and stay
AnalyticalNew prime minister, new government, new faces and new ideas about prosperity after the next presidential election. And so, in all probability, in the next five years, people will once again be forced to endure the position of Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. However, following the reappointment of Premier, purchase and sale of ministerial portfolios will be an interesting process, during which the current government will turn into a system of leaving and staying.
In reality, however, maximalist changes can not be assumed in this system. Let's remember Serzh Sargsyan's recent press conference, during which he said that the government does not need radical changes, since all these requests were made on demand.
That is, in fact, Serzh Sargsyan's given factors lead to the conclusion that to wait for fundamental change is meaningless.
However, there are several aspects of this issue. First, during the same conference, Serzh Sargsyan said that the members of the government should not be changed, but their attitude to work. But whether a person, who officiates Prime Minister's post does not realize the seriousness of his work and activities, whether persons of ripe years should be educated to change their attitude to their own work.
In this case, what are these people doing in the government, if their attitude to their own work does not match the position and flowing out of its seriousness.
On the other hand, referring to the idea of Serzh Sargsyan that if the country is well on the request for the citizens, why people should be interested in, for example, who is the Minister of welfare. But if there will be tasks, then they should be interested. Today in Yerevan and Armenia all know each other, on the theory Serzh Sargsyan, in this case in our country there are numerous violations, the best option may be the elimination of these radical changes.
That is, the changes have to be, but not root- there will be individual changes, associated with only some ministerial portfolios. 18 from 19 cabinet ministers are Ministers, most of them from the Republican Party, some of the party "Rule of Law" and one -non-party.
Thus, instead of radical changes we will have a few changes, which will be a mirror image of the point of view of Serzh Sargsyan, namely, that the personnel changes are continuous processes. Let's hope that no one will ever be immune from the imperative of resignation from office because of mistakes.
