ԱԻ նախկին նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.

«Հարգելի՛ ընկերներ,

Հայաստանի, Արցախի, Սփյուռքի սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,  ընդամենը մի քանի ժամ անց մեր ժողովրդի համար ողբերգական 2020 թվականը պատմություն կդառնա: 2020 թվականը մեր ժողովրդի, թերեւս, ամենածանր տարիներից էր.

Տարեսկզբից աշխարհը պատուհասաց անտեսանելի թշնամին՝ կորոնավիրուսը, մեր հարյուրավոր հայրենակիցների մահվան պատճառ դարձավ, իսկ Թուրքիայի եւ ահաբեկիչների աջակցությունից ոգեւորված Ադրբեջանի հրահրած պատերազմը խլեց մեր լավագույն տղաների կյանքերը, հազարավոր մեր հերոսներ վիրավորվեցին, նրանցից շատերը մինչ այս պահը շարունակում են գերության մեջ մնալ, ոմանց մասին անգամ տեղեկություններ չունենք…

Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

Ճի՛շտ է ստեղծված իրավիճակը զրկել է մեզանից շատերին եւ տոնական տրամադրությունից, եւ նաեւ միմյանց բարեմաղթանքներ հղելու ցանկությունից, սակայն տարեմուտը առիթ է  վերհանելու եւ վերագնահատելու բոլոր այն խնդիրները, որոնք հաշվի չառնելու արդյունքում է, որ հայտնվել ենք այս իրավիճակում:

Հատկապես ռազմական գործողությունների դադարից հետո՝ թե պատերազմի հետեւանքների հաղթահարման, թե մեր ժողովրդի հույսի եւ հավատի վերականգնման ուղղությամբ՝ շատ անելիքներ ունենք:

Մենք չենք կարող մեզ շռայլություն թույլ տալ եւ շարունակել հուսալքված ապրել:

Մենք՝ բոլորոս միասին,  պարտք ունենք այս տարիների ընթացքում մեր Հայրենիքի համար ընկած տղաներին ու մեր սերունդներին:

Ես խորը վստահություն ունեմ, որ իր ողջ պատմության ընթացքում տարատեսակ ողբերգական իրավիճակներում հայտնված մեր ժողովուրդը իմաստուն ժողովուրդ է, որը համախմբվելու եւ ճիշտ առաջնորդելու դեպքում՝ ունակ է հաղթահարել ցանկացած խնդիր:

Հարկավոր է վերջ դնել խմբակային, կուսակցական շահերին, վերջ դնել քաղաքական դիվիդենտներ շահելու մոլուցքին եւ անձնական ամբիցիաներին՝ խոհեմությամբ ու կշռադատված քայլերով  դուրս բերել մեր երկիրն ու մեր ժողովրդին այս անելանելի թվացող իրավիճակից, ինչի արդյունքում միայն՝ հնարավոր կլինի մեղմել մեր ժողովրդի ցավն ու ցասումը:

Թող 2021 թվականը մեր Ժողովրդի, մեր Հայրենիքի, մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի համար լինի հույսի եւ հավատի վերականգման տարի…
