Հայ-ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանի ռեկտոր Արմեն Դարբինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ որոշակի մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել օրերս ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ուղղած բաց նամակի վերաբերյալ, որում Դարբինյանը նշում էր իր նկատմամբ հետապնդումների մասին։ 

«Իմքայլական պատգամավոր, մեր համալսարանի շրջանավարտ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանի հարցի հասցեատերը ամենևին ԿԳՍՄ նախարար Դումանյանը չէր: Որին, ի դեպ, ես լավ եմ վերաբերվում: Հաստատում եմ նրա բառերն առ այն, որ անգամ հեռախոսային խոսակցություն չենք ունեցել միմյանց միջև: Սակայն հաստատում եմ նաև, որ ԿԳՍՄ փոխնախարար Մարտիրոսյանը, վարչության պետ Սուքիասյանը, ԿԳՍՄ այլ պաշտոնատար անձիք վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում իմ և համալսարանի այլ աշխատակիցների միջոցով բազմաթիվ անգամներ հետաքրքրվել են համալսարանում ռեկտորի ընտրության և պաշտոնանկ անելու ընթացակարգերի մասին, այդ թվում Մարտիրոսյանի կողմից հղում է արվել վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ուղիղ հանձնարարականին:
Այս ամենը իհարկե կարելի էր վերագրել ուղղակի ծառայողական հետաքրքրությանը, եթե ս.թ. հունվարի 29-ին ինձ չայցելեր համալսարանին կցված ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցը և չփոխանցեր իրեն իջեցված հանձնարարականը՝ տեղեկացնել ինձ ռեկտորի հրաժարականի պահանջի մասին (պետք է նկատեմ, որ այդ աշխատակիցը բավականաչափ շփոթված էր այդ պահանջի անհեթեթությունից):
Իհարկե, ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Աբազյանը, որը առ այսօր չի դրսևորել սպայական իր կոչմանը վայել գործելաոճ, իր «պատրոնին» ընդօրինակելով կարող է նույնպես ցուցաբերել անմեղսունակության հատկանիշներ և հրաժարվել այդ պահանջի գոյության փաստից, իսկ այդ դեպքում ինձ չի մնա անելու որևէ այլ բան, քան պահանջել իմ և Փաշինյանի միաժամանակյա փսիխո-թեսթավորումը՝ արդյունքների պարտադիր հրապարակմամբ:
Մի ուղղում կատարեմ նախարարի պատասխանում. Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանը միայն ՛՛լավ բուհ՛՛ չէ. այն միջազգային ամենահեղինակավոր ռեյթինգային գործակալության կողմից ճանաչվել է որպես Հայաստանյան ԼԱՎԱԳՈՒՅՆ ՀԱՄԱԼՍԱՐԱՆ և զգալիորեն շրջանցել է նախարարի բնօրրան հանդիսացող ԵՊՀ-ն: Այս փաստի վերաբերյալ ես արտահայտել եմ հրապարակայնորեն իմ զղջումը, բայց պիտի փաստել նաև, որ ԵՊՀ այսօրվա անփառունակ վիճակը ուղղակի արդյունք է վարչակազմի և իր պարագլուխ Փաշինյանի ապիկար և վնասակար կառավարման»,- գրել է նա:
