Հայաստան համահայկական հիմնադրամի՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում հավաքված միջոցները չեն ծախսվել ռազմական կարիքների համար։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, Կառավարություն-Ազգային ժողով հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Նա նաև հայտնեց, որ Հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի որոշման համաձայն՝ իրականացվելու է աուդիտ՝ հնարավոր չարաշահումները և հանգանակված գումարների վատնումները բացահայտելու համար․ մինչ օրս հասկանալի չէ՝ աուդիտը ի վերջո անցկացվե՞ց և եթե այո, ապա ինչ արդյունքներ են ստացվել և ինչո՞ւ դրանք չեն ներկայացվում հանրությանը;

Սա էլ դեռ վերջը չէ. ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների՝ հիշյալ գումարի մի մասը, որը եղել է ԱՄՆ դոլարով, ծառայել է արտարժույթի փոխարժեքի կայունացման նպատակին։

Սակայն, պատերազմի սկսվելու օրը Հիմնադրամի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հրապարակվել էր կոչ, որում նշվում էր, որ հավաքած գումարը ուղղվելու է Արցախ՝ պատերազմող մեր քույրերին և եղբայրներին օգնելու համար: Հասկանալի է, որ պատերազմի բովում գտնող մարդկանց բնակարանաշինությունը կամ սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմանների բարելավումը ամենավերջին հաշվով պետք է հետաքրքրեին, նույնն էլ կարելի է ասել այն անձանց մասին, ովքեր վերջին լուման էին տալիս Հիմնադրամին, հույս ունենալով, որ այդ գումարով մեկ հատ ավել փամփուշտ կգնվի:

Այսօր նման հայտարարություններ անելով` Փաշինյանը, կարծես, փորձում է քցել իր մտերիմ ընկերոջը՝ Հայկակ Արշամյանին, քանի որ ստացվում է՝ այդ նա է մանիպուլյացիա արել և մոլորեցրել հանրությանը; Մինչդեռ այս իրավիճակում մեղավոր են բոլորը, թե ի սկզբանե թյուր նպատակ սահմանած Հիմնադրամի տնօրինությունը, թե կառավարությունը, որն ի վերջո յուրացրեց հայ տատիկների ու պապիկների, Սփյուռքի մեր հարյուր հազարավոր հայրենակիցների հանգանակած գումարները և հայտնի չէ՝ ինչ գունագեղ ճոխությունների վրա  է ի վերջո այդ գումարը ծախսվել: Չնայած, վատնել բառն այս դեպքում առավել տեղին կլիներ:
