ՀՀ կառավարությունը մայիսի 12-ին որոշում էր ընդունել վաղաժամկետ դադարեցնել Թալին համայնքի ավագանու լիազորությունները և համայնքում նշանակել ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններ: Դրանց անցկացման օրը դեռ հայտնի չէ, այդ մասին որոշումը կհրապարակի ԿԸՀ-ն: Իսկ մինչ այդ բավական երկար ժամանակ է, ինչ Թալինի համայնքապետի ԺՊ-ի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում է Փաշինյանի կողմից նշանակված Տավրոս Սափեյանը։
 
Փաստացի նա էլ Վեդի համայնքի ղեկավար Գարիկ Սարգսյանի պես ստացել է իր երկրորդ շանսը և այժմ ամեն գնով ձգտելու է հաղթանակ ապահովել Թալինում։ Դժվար է իհարկե ասել, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված Սափեյանի լավատեսությունը, ի վերջո թալինցիները իրենց աչքով են տեսնում, թե ինչ հուժկու գործերով է այս ողջ ընթացքում զբաղված եղել իրենց քաղաքապետի ԺՊ-ն։ Շնորհավորանքներից, ուղերձներից և ծառատունկից զատ Սափեյանը որևէ լուրջ գործի չի նկատվել և այժմ այսպիսի ձեռքբերումներով կրկին ակնկալում է ստանալ թալինցիների քվեն։
 
Այդ ֆոնին, իհարկե, զարմանալի չէ, որ կարծես թե այստեղ էլ ՔՊ-ի և ՔՊ-ական թեկնածուի գլխավոր հույսը մարզի և Թալինի կարկառուն նախկիններն են։ Տավրոս Սափեյանը չի կորցնում` նախկիններից հեղինակավոր աջակից գտնելու հույսը։ Որքան էլ զարմանալի չհնչի, սակայն, նախկինների օգնությունը Սափեյանին իսկապես պետք է, քանի որ նրա դեմ կարծես թե աշխատում են անգամ սեփական թիմակիցները։
 
Լրատվական կայքերից Yerevanlur-ին հասել են տեղեկություններ, որ այս ընթացքում Արագածոտնի նախկին մարզպետ Դավիթ Գևորգյանը, ում պաշտոնանկությունը կապում են հենց ի սկզբանե Սափեյանի թեկնածությունը չպաշտպանելու հետ, իրեն ենթարկվող անձանց միջոցով հիմնել է «Թալին աշխարհ» անունով դաշինք և հետաքրքրական է՝ արդյոք դրա նպատակը ընտրությունների ժամանակ աշխատելու է ՔՊ թեկնածուի դեմ։ Նույնիսկ, շատերի կարծիքով համայնքապետարանի դիմաց կազմակերպված վերջին բողոքի ակցիաների հետևում հենց Գևորգյանն է, ով ամեն կերպ փորձում է տապալել թիմակցի աշխատանքը, իսկ հետագայում նաև՝ հաղթանակը ընտրություններում: Չի բացառվում, որ Գևորգյանը փորձի խանգարել Սափեյանին նաև գալիք ընտրություններում, դա է պատճառը, որ կրկին ակտիվացել են խոսակցությունները այն մասին, որ ՔՊ և Սափեյանի համար Թալինում ձայն կբերի Արագածոտնի նախկին ՀՀԿ-ական մարզպետ Սարգիս Սահակյանը, ով անցած ընտրություններում նույնպես աջակցեց Տավրոս Սափեյանին իր ռեսուրսներով և կապերով։ Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ հերթական անգամ ականատեսն ենք դառնում նախկինների և ներկաների համագործակցությանը հանուն պաշտոնի...:
