Իշխանությունը 2021-ին կարողացավ վերարտադրվել նաեւ այդ խաղաղության օրակարգը առաջ մղելով. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եւ իր թիմակիցները մի քանի անգամ ԱԺ ամբիոնից, հարցազրույցներում ասաց, որ խաղաղության օրակարգը ձախողված է, ասաց՝ այո, բերելու ենք խաղաղություն, բայց ի՞նչ գնով: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 5-ին, Ազատության հրպարակում լրգրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը:

«Ես չեմ հավատում, որ մինչեւ տարեվերջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կստորագրի խաղաղության ինչ-որ փաստաթուղթ, որովհետեւ ստացվածած տեղեկությունները հիմք են տալիս ենթադրելու, որ ինքը այլ խոստումներ է տվել տարբեր տեղերում եւ տեսնում է, որ չի կարողանում նաեւ Հայաստանի, Արցախի ներսում իր խոստումները ի կատար ածել: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բոլոր քայլերն ուղղված են իր իշխանությունը պահելուն: Ինքը հասկանում է, որ եթե ինքը գնա կտրուկ քայլերի, որը չի ընդունվի հայ ժողովրդի կողմից, ինքը կարող է կորցնել իշխանությունը: Ուստի, կարծում եմ՝ հերթական անգամ խաբելով, ինչպե սինքն է ասում՝ գժի տեղ դնելով, կփորձի հետաձգել դա»:

Նա նաեւ ընդգծեց, որ պպետք է օր առաջ լուծվի Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի անվտանգային խնդիրը, պետք է վերականգնվի մեր անվտանգային համակարգը եւ պետք է կարողանանք նորմալ դիրքերից բանակցել:

 Նա անդրադարձավ նաեւ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ռուսական եւ արեւմտյան տարբերակներին՝ նշելով. «Պաշտոնապես որեւէ բան մենք չենք տեսել, որեւէ փաստաթուղթ չենք տեսել, կարող ենք խոսել մամուլում հայտնված առաջարկների մասին: Ըստ դրանց, կա միացյալ Արեւմուտքի կողմից առաջարկ, որն ուղիղ ասում է, որ Արցախը պետք է լինի Ադրբեջանի կազմում, իսկ ռուսական տարբերակն ասում է, որ Արցախի հարցը պետք է հետաձգվի, ստատուս-քվոն պահպանվի, հտագայում այս հարցը լուծվի: Ես կողմնակից եմ, որ Արցախը մնա գոնե այս իրավիճակում, մինչեւ կունենանք հետագայում հնարավորություն Արցախի կարգավիճակը լուծելու»:
